Virtual Staging Consultations Pricing: $450 (condos), $650 (homes) Utilizing furniture and items you already own. This is for you (the DIYer) if you want to get a home listed and need guidance on how to get it looking spectacular: - Full home virtual walk through and evaluation. - Digital report to help you best prepare the property for sale. Involves a room- by-room plan that includes: repairs and decluttering suggestions, ideas for decorating, furniture placement using items you already have. - Pre-staging checklist and some great staging tricks to help you get start. - 15-minute virtual walk through after the home has been prepared for show. *Add-on option: Online shopping links to spruce up the property with custom selected Accessory decor items such as artwork, pillows and rugs. ($100) *Add on option: Coordination and selection of rental furniture or accessories for key areas as well. ($200) Virtual Organizing Consultations Get Better Organized By Email ($75) - Send an email (with up to 4 photos of your room, closet or trouble spot) outlining your #1 organizing or time management challenge and I receive a personalized response with helpful tips, advice, product ideas, encouragement, and/or resources specific to your situation. Single Space/Room ($350) (a 'One Month' service) - Needs analysis (a 20 minute session conducted via a FaceTime/Skype video call or a phone consultation, with applicable digital images sent ahead), a written action plan following the initial session (within 48 hours) plus a maximum of two subsequent 30-minute weekly coaching sessions within the period of one month. You’ll also have email support during the one month service period. Customized 1 hour coaching session ($175) - Includes initial images being sent over of the space you want to work on along with a questionnaire on your goals for the space and its pain points. Our Online Organizer via video chat will Coach you on the space with tips and tricks to get the space organized. We will provide a prep guide and is concluded with a follow up call and feedback on your decluttering project along with the option for additional sessions if needed. *Online coaching packages are available *
