Buffie is just amazing and I can’t sing her praises enough. She provided an assessment of our home as we prepared to stage our home for a hopefully quick sales. She shared tips and advise, and provided a very comprehensive report detailing her ideas and thoughts. After her home assessment, she was very gracious with her time in answering question or collaborating if adjustments were needed from her recommendations. Great news, we had a full price offer midday on the first day it listed. Even further, we had multiple back up offers. Buffie’s creativity and skills definitely contributed to how well the house showed and consequently how fast it sold.
