My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Erin was such a breath of fresh air during our project. We have a custom new build in Chicago and it was like having her right next door. She was able to trouble shoot any issues, provide alternate solutions, and was spot on with all of her recommendations. She was also able to keep the stressful times in perspective and was always encouraging and kept us focused and excited on the end result. Would recommend Erin to anyone in any state, distance is not a factor!
