My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Tamar, and we are so happy with the home she helped us create. She appreciated the architectural style of the house and really took the time to learn about us, our lifestyle and what we wanted in a home. That, combined with her impeccable taste and style, her collaborative approach, and her great client-service, not only resulted in a home we love, but also made the process 100% enjoyable and fun. Commented: Lovely design! May I know where you got the dining chairs from?Hi! The chairs are called the Sala Chairs from Ligne Roset https://www.ligne-roset.com/us/modele/dining/chairs/sala/1061.  They are incredibly comfortable and well made.

Commented: where did you get the roller blinds?A wonderful company called Aeroshade http://aeroshadeco.com/ based here in Los Angeles. The "bottom-up" mechanism allows for privacy even while partially open.
