I regret to say that my experience with Live Home 3D software from BeLight Software has been far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my disappointment with potential users. The primary reason for my dissatisfaction is BeLight Software's decision to discontinue support for the 32-bit version of their software, effectively forcing users to purchase a new license for the 64-bit version. This move seemed more like a calculated strategy to boost sales of a new software release rather than a genuine effort to enhance user experience. The transition from 32-bit to 64-bit software is a necessary and common evolution in the tech industry. However, responsible software companies typically provide a smooth transition path for their loyal users. BeLight Software's decision to render the 32-bit version obsolete without offering reasonable upgrade options is, in my opinion, a blatant disregard for customer loyalty. Instead of investing in updating the existing software to 64-bit, which would have been a fair and customer-centric approach, BeLight Software chose to launch an entirely new software product, compelling users to repurchase licenses at full price. This business decision does not align with the principles of fairness and customer satisfaction. In conclusion, I would advise potential users to exercise caution when considering Live Home 3D software from BeLight Software. While the software itself has potential, the company's approach to product transitions and customer relations has left me feeling unsatisfied and taken advantage of. Sincerely,

Nichts für Pros, die kurzfristig ein Programm kaufen wollen, Denn die Mail zur Lizensierung folgt keinesfalls umgehend nach der Kreditkartenabbuchung, da laufen Sie Ihrem Programm erst einmal hinterher. Daran ändert auch eine Mail an den Anbieter mit der Bitte um schnelle Bearbeitung nichts.

Fantastic app. Easy to use and the community decision boards supported me to master this in super quick time. I use the app to model my new house renovation allowing me to clearly visualise and communicate what I wanted to the architects, structural engineer and builder. This saved a massive amount of time trying to achieve what I wanted and ultimately money. Would highly recommend it.

It is a simple program to use. I use the older one and though there is an purchased upgrade, the one I use does all I need for projects I do.

My review in just a few words: Live Home 3D is an impressive and versatile software if you would like to create and design a building, whether it will be a flat or a house or a carport - everything is possible! Additionally, the team of Belight Software helps with good support - they answered every question I had within a few hours! A company you can trust in!

Use it and love it! Its easy to use, customer service is very good. Learned very quickly. Its a bit slow sometimes and rendering is a bit too complicated.. But it does the job for my projects and I am very pleased.
