Cheri Leggett, a resident of Laguna Niguel, has been in the interior design industry for 30 years, forming her business Courton Design in 1986. She is an eclectic designer who strives to include diversity in her projects as well as a sense of history. Her primary objective is for her finished design spaces to reflect the clients and their passions and interests. Her design guidance serves as an umbrella, unifying the space so that all items are in harmony. Cheri has worked on homes primarily in Orange County, California, but also has designed for clients in Lake Arrowhead, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Napa Valley, Canyon Country, Century City, Santa Monica and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Her design concepts embrace a vast array of styles, always keeping the client’s visual perspective in mind. It is paramount that when the job is complete, it reflects the client’s tastes and vision under the guise of the designer’s expertise. Cheri excels in the selection and placement of accessories in a home or an office. Without these treasures, these spaces are never complete in her eyes. Some clients prefer an array of decorative items that they have collected in their life experiences and travels, while others choose a more minimalist approach, with just a few stunning pieces to complete their design vision.
