Jaclyn is great! Super friendly and knowledgeable. She doesn’t suggest the same cookie-cutter furnishings that most “designers” do. Do yourself a favor and give her a call.

Kuche+Cucina

We have been working, this year, on a 70 unit multi-family project, as well as a very custom kitchen, for a private client. Jaclyn is a fantastic designer - she is very creative and original. Her style is unique and her approach to the solving design dilemmas and issues that come up is always positive and with a smile. She and her team are on top of their game, managing multiple projects, keeping everyone up to date. Highly recommend!!!

Downtown Decorators is the answer to the common conundrum of wanting to do a home renovation but not having the time to do it! We were finally ready to undergo a kitchen renovation and hired Jaclyn & team for the design. The thorough consultation and exploratory intro helped to ensure we were all on the same page with the same design goals. Jaclyn is always confident in her recommendations, direct and efficient with time so we never second guessed her/our decisions and always plugged ahead. She had a great repor with our GC and his team where they collaborated on important design/construction decisions to keep the integrity/charm of our old home while creating an updated kitchen. She nailed her design selects every time and by giving us 3 options it was easier for us to make a decision - from floor tile, cabinets, countertops, island stools, paint and lighting. She is organized, timely and fun to work with for any project you need!

Downtown Decorators are fabulous! We are in the process of renovating our family home and just completed the master bathroom, which is now gorgeous. Jaclyn’s design sense, communication style and personality made working with her a pleasure. I can’t imagine doing this project without her and would go out of my way to recommend her to anyone.

In addition to having a killer eye for design, she has the supreme ability to understand your style and taste and bring it to life without destroying a budget. She helped us map out flow and floor plan, pick out our a color palette, and ID the right furniture and amenities that put a bow on each and every room. One thing I loved about working with Jaclyn, was just how much she LOVES what she does. I mean, you've got to hear the way she talks about tile.
