My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Melissa at Evil Eye Studio helped us to completely redesign our Master Bathroom. Melissa came up with all of the ideas and concepts for the project, completed the architectural drawings, and secured all contractors for the job. She also knows the right questions to ask as the project goes along and pays attention to all of the details. She is friendly and easy to work with - I would HIGHLY recommend Evil Eye Studio to anyone looking to remodel any area of their home!

Absolutely loved working with Melissa. My basement was a nightmare and i had no idea where to start. The project felt overwhelming. Melissa helped me rework my floor plan so it was a functional space instead of a duplication of my upstairs living room. We took out three walls, framed in a nook space and added a banquette. This was a creative approach I never could have come up with on my own, it was an incredible use of the space we had to work with. She is timley, has great sub-contractor contracts and did an excellent job managing the project from start to finish, completely taking the work off my plate. The space now flows, looks incredible, and can accommodate entertaining guests.
