I worked with Ksenia on our condo renovation and had a wonderful experience. She has a great eye for design and strong visualization skills. Fancy Interiors Studio designed our main floor, including the kitchen and the basement. Ksenia did an outstanding job! Her designs are beautiful, yet everything is also practical. There are many things that we would have never thought of, if it wasn’t for Ksenia’s suggestions based on her extensive experience. She has incorporated older, but important to us pieces in a modern design. The process itself was very smooth - from the initial interview, review calls, a WhatsApp chat for discussions. She was very attentive to all of our preferences and has provided great recommendations. Even after the project was completed, she would always quickly respond to the additional questions we had. In the end, in a big part thanks to Ksenia, we have a beautiful home that we really enjoy!

I hired Ksenia to design my two bedroom suites and hallway walk-in, and I am blown away by the results. She created a space that is both warm and luxurious, with thoughtful touches throughout. One of the most talked-about features is the glass wall to the shower that turns private with the flip of a switch — everyone who sees it is amazed! When we first moved into this house, my daughter was 8 years old. Now, she is 18. Over the past few years, she has been dreaming of a new room—modern, stylish, and inspired by anime. Her room is small and not a standard shape, which makes it very difficult to organize properly. She is a student and needs space to work, relax, and store her many manga books and anime figures.
