I didn’t think lightning ing could strike twice, and as my late mom would say, cheap is expensive. Don’t be drawn in by cheap pricing, it will cost you in the end. Customer service from overseas, were of no help, I know, shocking, but I digress. Pieces arriving late, coming in a different colors, of which I was told was how it’s made, but upon refusal, also delivery guys pointed out the difference, I waited days for a determination on color. Of course not in my favor, but ok. Give me a piece, cheaper than the original, which the price was raised on, and I was told to submit an offer, and they’d get back to me. It’s so bad, it’s ten days later with no resolution. and they want to refund only half of what I paid. It’s the craziest situation ever. Shame on me for giving this company a chance. Cheap is expensive.

I have been waiting for over two years for the bed frame to arrive and not be damaged. They finally told me it would not come and when I asked for another bed frame from them ant their cost since they made money on the first one that was damaged, they said now I need to sue them and the owner. The owner would not even speak to me. The worst service ever and do not stand behind their products.

I ordered a coffee table online after submitting a bid. The bid was accepted, I paid for the item and 3 days later I received an email stating the item was not available. How does a company confirm an order and take a payment on an item that is not in stock with no back order available?

Grayson Living usually has good prices but has horrible customer service. I recently bought a bed that arrived so badly damaged that I sent it back. I asked for a refund because I didn’t have another 5 weeks to wait for the replacement. I was promised a refund but kept receiving emails saying that I’d have to forfeit the $300 shipping charges. After almost 3 weeks of frustration, I just got my money back. I won’t be doing business with them again.

5 stars for Grayson Living. It has the widest range of furniture and décor items I ever came across online. After browsing the website and I finally purchased a cocktail table. It looked so nice that at the first look I felt like I had got it custom made. I recommend this to everyone.

Avoid at all cost. I ordered a table that was supposed to arrive in 8-10 weeks. After 15-20 attempts to contact them when it didn’t come, they finally responded after 4.5 months. The table arrived almost 6 months after we ordered, and it’s damaged. No surprise, they’re not responding again. Unless you like hiring your attorney to assist with your interior design, I would stay away from Grayson Living.

Grayson Luxury is a treat to work with as a design professional. Keith showed me many options in the showroom and even pointed out other items to coordinate with the lighting I had selected. He promptly sent me a quote and followed up with me. Once payment was made, he maintained constant contact informing me of the status of my order. He worked with me when the product had arrived to get it to my receiving company. It is a pleasure to work with Grayson Luxury, and I look forward to the next time we can collaborate together on a project. I highly recommend them!
