Tracey had the vision to conceptualize a totally new look for the house we were renovating and communicate it to us. Although I was quite nervous about undertaking a renovation, with Tracey’s expertise, knowledge and guidance she instilled our confidence to embark on the journey together. Tracey demonstrated the ability to understand our needs and respect our preferences. She did not impose her opinions, but was able to guide us in making decisions. To begin with Tracey presented detailed drawings, time frames and cost estimates. Working collaboratively, we came up with an ideal plan. She worked closely with the contractors and workman to ensure the renovation was completed in a timely, cost effective and highly satisfactory result. We are exceptionally pleased with our new home.
