We enthusiastically recommend the entire Jodi Fleming Design Team! We have had experiences with other design teams in Costal Orange County; in comparison, Jodi and her team "shine brilliantly". Our project was a complete house re-build with demolition and site work prior to brand new construction. We started with Jodi and her design team, and from there we collectively chose an architect and then the builder. From the ground up, Jodi's input was invaluable. Jodi and her team spent countless hours working with us, as well as working directly with the builder and the architect. The word "invaluable" keeps coming to the front of my mind as I write this review. We are a nuclear family of 5 with additional older children frequently visiting. Her team was not only able to address our needs, but was also able to implement our vision, integrating our style and taste . Enough cannot be said about how she "listened" and accomodated our specific needs addressing young and older children, as well as allowing our new home to be the gathering location for extended family during the Holidays and weekends. Our home is practical, efficient, and yet also elegant with high level design throughout. Lastly, the team's follow through is excellent. The home was completed in November of 2021 and her team is still very available to us, as we settle into our new home. Considering a multi-year project during a pandemic with all kinds of unavoidable supply chain issues, it is amazing that Jodi and team never failed to deliver. They are all fantastic!

It has been a pleasure working with Jodi and her design team for the past few years. Their team has a great eye for design, is responsive, has a clear understanding of the construction process and key deadlines, and always comes prepared with specs, drawings and schematics to help us execute their designs in the field. Working with an interior designer who has these skills is invaluable as it helps the project stay on schedule and on budget, which is very important to our team and the client. We just recently completed a waterfront home together in Newport Beach and are starting another project together in Santa Ynez, and our experience with their team on both projects has been phenomenal. An interior designer who can not only come up with a beautiful design but also professionally spec out the details in a timely manner is our preferred type of designer to work with, and we can confidently say Jodi Fleming Design is that type of firm. Working with Jodi Fleming Design was a fantastic experience! The design team listened to our likes and dislikes and incorporated our ideas into the final product. It was unlike working with some architects who can at times be over bearing with their own ideas and fail to please the client. The greatest compliment I can give is our desire to work with them again next year on our other project.

The best decision we made during the process of the complete remodel of our home was to hire Jodi Fleming Design right when we started thinking about our project. Jodi and her team helped with the concepts, design and her vision was incredible. She guided us with both the structural design and interior design. She was always there to answer questions along the way and worked really well with our contractor. We are so happy with the finished project and have referred her to many of our friends. Jodi and her team made sure that the furniture and fabrics fit out lifestyle perfectly. We will definitely hire her again if we do another project!
