This woman (not a company) is a faux painter of exceptional talent. For me, she painted several washes of a brick red orange double-height living room so that it is not a solid slab of color. Changing daylight or lamps and spots at night change the way the color looks. She studied in Italy, was a joy to have working here, and delivered what I had in mind.

Marilyn, owner of Lee Design, is one of the most creative designers I have worked with. Her sensitivity and insight to clients' needs are impressive. She is truly an artist. I have worked with Marilyn in various capacities, being hired by her for her projects and also referring her to our clients. I highly recommend Marilyn for any interior design or artistic project.

Superbly talented decorative painter Marilyn MacLeod of Lee Designs can recreate seemingly any surface, and her work is so beautiful. I'm a fine arts consultant, and Marilyn recently completed the transformation of a bureau for an art consultant client of mine. She set lyrical, pearlescent fleur de lis relief work on the draws, and magically t transformed the wood top to resemble stone, but warm to the touch! And she's highly professional, combining the best of creative and business working relationships.

Marilyn gave me a tour of her studio and shared with me her wonderful wall coverings. I was impressed with the execution of the design and the materials she chose to work with. As an architect, I appreciate being able to refer my clients to Marilyn as a terrific resource. John Altobello
