I must admit that with what were spending to build our new home, the last thing I wanted was to go over our budget and hire Interior Decorators. I really thought my wife and I would move the things from our old home, and update things over the next several years to give us the home we envisioned. Half way through our build, we were faced with questions from the builder like, what do you want the doors to look like? How about the style of the windows? How many panes for the windows? What trim do you want around the doors and windows? That was when we realized that we had a vision for what the outside of our house would look like, but we had no clear focus on what we wanted the interior details to look like. Don't look any further in the Boston area for a design professional. I initially contacted Heather Vaughan as I found her portfolio of completed design jobs so eclectic. Her rooms range from elegant Hollywood glamorous, beach house casual, to funky vibrant. To me this showed her ability to listen to the client and to be inspired by their vision. I was right! In addition, Heather was always reachable, reliably on time and responds very quickly to any question. Although my job was small, Heather made me feel like a valuable and important client.
