I have remodeled homes for many years and worked with a number of decorators with my remodeling clients. I chose Patrick for my personal home because he and his staff were so easy to work with and most importantly, they listened to what I wanted and responded accordingly (some others I've worked with in the past got a little too wrapped up in what THEY wanted, not me or my customers). I was impressed with their willingness to let me focus on a couple of the things that I had specific ideas about and then they took over on the rest. They did a great job integrating the traditional styles and colors I liked while still throwing in some more contemporary and "fun" things. Ultimately, I was provided an end product that I was extremely happy with! I will hire them in the future as I continue to work on my house and I will recommend them to my customers as well.

Patrick Van Nice and his staff were great from start to finish of our bathroom remodeling project. They took our ideas and wishes and produced a design that was everything we wanted and more. They were also great at working with our contractor and keeping things true to what we wanted. Highly recommended.

Ground Breaker Homes

Ground Breaker Homes worked with Van Nice Design on our Home Show house for the Home Builders Association yearly Home Show Expo. They assisted with colors and selections throughout the home and coordinated the staging with wonderful furniture and accessories. They brought many new and fresh ideas to our home show house and we were very pleased with the end result. Our home was elegant yet livable and warm and inviting. We had many compliments on the colors and selections!
