We retained Villa Moda in the Fall of 2014 to completely redesign a Todd Johnston circa 2001 home in Palmer Ranch into our updated open concept home. Kim, our designer is completely responsible for the interior floor plan development, interior architectural elements, color palette, furniture selection, kitchen design and perhaps most important, the interaction with our builder, as we are out of town customers. This is our 7th major residential construction project over 20 years and we can honestly say that we have never dealt with such a wonderful professional; Kim is creative, and operates a wonderfully supportive design company at Villa Moda. Kim is an excellent collaborator. She clearly has a strong sense of style and color but works hard to incorporate our ideas into her over all design concepts. She has been sensitive to our cost structure and always tries to get the best possible design and architectural components to meet our expectations while working within our budget. When you arrive for an appointment, whether it is at the Villa Moda offices or at a material supplier she is extremely prepared with drawings, a budget outline and color artifacts to be considered as part of the design for selections at that particular vendor. In every aspect of the process she is extremely organized and very accommodating to our tight personal schedules. We both own our own businesses and deal with strategic partners and vendors on a daily basis. We can honestly say we both have never had such a positive and consistently professional relationship with another business partner as we have had with Kim at Villa Moda and we have no hesitations in highly recommending her to other home owners for their new or remodeling design needs. We are getting ready to begin construction with Westwater Construction in April 2015 and look forward to continuing this wonderful relationship with Kim through the build process.

I built my home with Westwater in 2011, and had a wonderful experience. My house was built on time with very few problems, and the issues I had were resolved immediately. The builder, staff and vendors were all very knowledgeable and anwered any questions I had. This firm may be the finest of its kind in Sarasota, Florida. The professionalism and creativity of the design work done by principals Mark Miller and Kimberly Bartolacci at Villa Moda is far above any I have encountered in all the years I have been remodeling. This project is about to begin, as contracts for ownership are expected to be finalized today. Due to the diligence and determination of Design Director Kimberly Bartolacci, we can begin to rework a remarkable space into a truly one-of-a-kind home as soon as the ink dries. Ms. Bartolacci has a most inventive way of looking at dated design areas, listening carefully to client ideas and concerns, and recommending collaborative --budget-based-- plans that are concrete and ready to implement. She and builder Mark Miller operate on the client's schedule. They propose projects that mesh so seamlessly with my needs and desires, that I can "see" them already. As we move forward in coming weeks, I would like to share some of the work in progress. I have never felt so confident remodeling a home as I do this one -- which, due to an active executive career, is my 33rd home.
