Tim Odom, an architect/designer with Kitchen+Bath Designs was instrumental in helping the builders and I to evolve a clean and consistent design throughout my home. There were a million decisions to make over the course of a year, and it helped a LOT to have someone experienced to think through things like room structure, continuity, kitchen organization, materials for floors, doors, hardware, not to mention cabinets, paint color, wood stains, finishes, lighting and bathrooms. It made the difference between ending up with a nice house and a gem. His help was an investment - well worth it. The time was right to redo our master bath and we went back to Tim from Kitchen + Bath Artisans with whom we had worked before on a smaller bath. Our master bath had some challenges and we wanted to make the very best use of the space we had. Tim came up with a design that was creative and elegant that opened sight lines and had many nice artistic touches. He helped us choose the contractor and then stayed involved to help with any problems or questions that came up. Through Tim's vision, our old, dated master bath was transformed into a beautiful space that we are truly happy with.

Tim is the best! We hired Tim to help us redesign our kitchen, including changing the footprint to improve the flow and functionality. He had a vision for the space that was just perfect! We were at first skeptical of the idea to create two substantial work islands rather than a single monolith, but he was absolutely right. Tim was involved in every aspect of the project, from design to construction to completion. He was tougher on the punchlist details than we were! My wife and I never had to make those tough design decisions because Tim's recommendations were always spot on. My wife and I had complete trust in Tim's design detail decisions. The flow, quality and functionality is exactly what we wanted. We could never, in a million years, have designed as beautiful kitchen as Tim created for us. He recommended SawHorse Construction to build our kitchen and they (under Justin McAusland's project oversight) worked very closely with Tim to get the job done right. Tim also helped to redesign (and at times, to personally construct) our guest bathroom as an extension of our recent kitchen construction. Another home run! I had the great pleasure of working with Tim to re-design and update my kitchen and entire first floor living area. Tim was not only professional, but he took my project to heart paying very close attention to what I wanted in my kitchen and living area. Tim has a keen sense of design and ability to put himself in the "customer's shoes". This kitchen redesign far exceeded my expectations! You cannot go wrong using Tim from Kitchen and Bath Artisans. Tim was involved in my new lake home construction from the very beginning and helped tweak the design with the architect. His suggestions were spot on when it came to using space, interesting architectural details..even construction advice!! He designed my kitchen and it is incredible with the most amazing Waterstation sink and Custom Hood. The cabinetry in the kitchen and baths was all designed by Tim and I love them. His involvement in so many of the details of my house showed not only his talent and knowledge of so many aspects of home building and design but his stunning vision and ability to see my vision and make it happen. I am using Tim for another project this year in my primary home and can't wait to get started.
