MTD Kitchen

Our project: $70k for cabinets & stone install in kitchen, kitchenette, & laundry room. MTD is a mess. It took them 7 months to finish a kitchenette and laundry install and six months for a kitchen install. Wrong materials delivered multiple times, broken or wrong cabinets/drawers/stone installed multiple times, and a pain to get anything fixed or finished. Communication is awful and customer service is worse. Highly recommend you go anywhere else.

WOW! This company sold us on Pental quartz countertops, charged us $25,000 to remodel our kitchen. They stopped showing up near the end of the install. I had to beg them to come finish the work. It took over a year and a half to complete! They never came to do the final walk through as stated on their website, and as promised during the sale. The Pental quartz countertops began chipping before the kitchen was even finished. It chips away so easily. Ernie Lehman at MTD declined to fix it. He blamed the problem on us. The cheapest Home Depot counter tops would be stronger that the very soft Pental quartz. They do not honor their guarantee. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I am now pursuing small claims, hoping to get our kitchen finished.

I would give them zero stars if I could. My kitchen cabinets were installed in 2016/2017. As you all know I love my kitchen however,  these cabinets have been the bane of my kitchen existence since they were installed. Right away about 80% of them had to be replaced because they were weirdly wrinkling. Ever since then they’ve replaced one that the paint just kind of smeared right off, however, that one is a different shade of paint than the other ones. They replaced another warped pantry door. They had to replace the panel on the side of the pantry cause it just cracked to pieces. They’ve adjusted the hinges so many times because they don’t soft clothes, they don’t close at all. So I have been dealing with this,  and other cabinet issues since 2017. In 2019 they were going to replace the other warped cabinet doors but then the pandemic hit. They had me send them pictures and measurements, I was told to be patient, and then I was ghosted. Several months ago I put a very bad review on yelp, and they contacted me again. This time the lady sent someone out to repair the hinges (which actually made the much worse) and the guy took pictures of the warped cabinets. And then I was told be patient, be patient, be patient, and what do you know, ghosted again. However, prior to being ghosted. I was told well you know it’s been five years, that’s all normal wear and tear. First off it’s been since the beginning that I have told them about this, not just now, and second off  if warping is normal, wear and tear of expensive cabinets after five years…. need I finish that sentence .

I had MTD Kitchen design and install the cabinets for my kitchen, the bathroom vanities and even an office desk/cabinet as part of a large remodeling project. They were wonderful to work with, very professional, patient and detailed. My designer was Yuval, who I highly recommend! This company is very professional, affordable and caring to work with. I chose them after investigating several different companies and they actually exceeded my expectations.

MTD Kitchen is amazing and does a beautiful job. Their service is amazing and they are the best guys to work with. I highly recommend hiring them.

MTD was able to bring to life a contemporary kitchen design I created. I could not be happier with the finished product, as well as the installation process.

Our actual kitchen was installed very quick and nicely. However, we had some issues with the countertop. The actual designer was very nice and very helpful. They tried to resolve the issue, but I was not 100% satisfied.

MTD Kitchen was very professional and they were able to give me everything that I was looking for. They helped me install my cabinets and were professional with the design, meeting with me, and making sure that I was happy with everything. They also worked within my time frame and the challenging time frame that my contractor gave them.

I purchased almost everything from tiles to cabinets to backsplashes at MTD Kitchen. They took the time to help me with the design and were always on time and had excellent prices. I walked in there on accident and ended up checking out the prices. I shopped around else where and nothing else compared. They are very willing to work with you. This is now my second project with them and I am referring everyone I know.

We love the kitchen, it just took 3 months for them to install it properly. Everything came together in the end, but the installation was a mess.

MTD Kitchen has excellent service and a quick installation process. They installed kitchen cabinets and did it in a nice and precise manner. They also have good pricing.
