MPB Construction

I waited over a year and a half after our main floor renovation was completed to write this review, hoping Ricky would fulfil his promise to come back to fix the flooring. He has not returned any of my messages for the last 7 months. Mike, their flooring guy, did a horrible job levelling and installing the flooring. Mike blamed Kyle, Kyle blamed Mike……all I know is we’re stuck with a poorly installed floor. They are NOT ‘World Class’ as they state on their web site.

Before my husband passed we had MPB come to finish off our basement. I had asked MPB to respect my wish for them to not come while I was so distraught. When MPB resumed the project certain things were not completed. I felt that because I was a senior woman plus a widow that I was being taken advantage because I was on my own. The office staff were more concerned about the dog in the office. Would I recommend MPB is questionable.

The guys at this company have been very friendly and polite, respectful and highly professional in doing their jobs. They completely renovated our master bathroom beautifully as well as partially renovated our guest bathroom and laundry room. They were careful to protect our hardwood and tile floors and cleaned up daily after themselves (within reason). Bryan, Tim, Anthony, Brian and his brothers Jordan and Kyle, et al were all fabulous! We would definitely use them again for future renovations plus highly recommend them to our friends and family. We can be a bit particular and don’t normally recommend often.

This is the second time we have had MPB work for us. Our project was a renovation of our townhouse. Their professionalism was exemplary. The work was done on time which was a pleasure. Tim and the crew were great to work with.

So happy with the work done by MPB on my first reno last year (new drive, patio, patio cover and French doors), that I had them work on my next two projects. 2 full kitchens, 3 bathrooms, living room and bedrooms. Results speak for themselves and yet again, MPB has exceeded my expectations.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while, but life gets in the way. We had a complete renovation of our kitchen and powder room. I cannot say enough about the MPB team and their work ethics. From the first day until the last they were true to their word. They arrived on time, did what they said they were going to do in a timely and precise manner, and left the job site clean at the end of the day and stayed on budget. They had promised that I would have a functioning (even if not completely finished) kitchen so we could have a family event for Father’s Day. The entire team stayed on the Friday night before until 11:30 to make it happen and then the electrician came on Saturday morning to install the lights. When it was discovered that they were unable to match our existing crown molding, they came up with a good alternative plan. We could not be happier with this company and their work.

I used then this summer to gut and rebuild our master bathroom and would do so again in heartbeat. Calm, reliable, knowledgable and highly skilled. Will be using them for our kitchen next. Very happy with the results and we highly recommend,

The job was to reno the ensuite. Remove the tub, install large shower, new granite countertops. Was very satisfied with the finished job really appreciated their response to my unending requests for alterations. The finished product is better than I had hoped it would be and all of the workmen were extremely professional.

MPB provided a complete condo renovation with a stunning kitchen and bathrooms. They were very professional and I appreciated their expertise and attention to detail. I love to come home! and I share the fact that compliments are forthcoming from guests who visit and view the renovation. I can’t thank MPB enough, especially Tim who was amiable to work with and really listened to changes and requests to the project. Shelley

I contacted MPB Construction through their website. Paul Clarke replied and we made an appointment. Paul was very professional, informative, and I appreciated all his input. The entire renovation went smoothly and ended up outstanding. I love my new island and I am extremely thankful to have chosen Paul and his team. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
