Nomad came in to do a mid size job for me. I have roughly 1000 books of all shapes and sizes that I cherish, and wanted custom shelves, some built-in, some standalone to fit my space... Torsten really listened. He then created and built beautiful, solid shelving that is not only rugged and strong, but absolutely gorgeous. What I got far exceeded my expectations, and therefore I thoroughly recommend Nomad Conceptions.

We had asked Torsten to design a custom kitchen. Based on our likes and décor he recommended Cherry wood and was enthusiastic to follow all the wishes of the lady of the house and made many more constructive suggestions for towel pullouts flanking the sink and the like. He also suggested embellishments with corbels and decorative moldings etc. He custom built the units and handled the installation in an expedient manner. The completed work included a spacious kitchen around a 5x8 island incorporating breakfast seating, a pantry and a bookshelf desk combination for an extensive cookbook library. We ended up with a one of a kind kitchen that not only looked great but was functional and most appreciated by all the "cooks" (sometimes as many as four of them working without getting into each others way). We highly recommend Torsten without reservation to anyone looking for good looks, functionality, craftmanship and prompt attention and completion.
