I Hired Mr. Zam Chaudhury, of Stenco Construction ,inc. For a total bathroom remodel, In August 2022, converting a bath into a walk-in shower. Starting out There were two workers promised for the job. Then after the demo the contractor Mr. Zam, pulled the main worker, off the job. I asked why Manuel, was taken from the job., and Zam, explained that there's another job coming up and the main guy, was needed. However Zam, promised me, his worker Angel, was far more capable of doing the job. Then I requested a shower pan, to be put in, so that there would be no chance of a leak. Which later i found out none was put in! . A few days after the completion of the job, i saw a leak. I reached out to Mr Zam the contractor and he said, what you're seeing is just dirt. From that time it took him 6 month to respond again to my complaints of a leak and mold. When his main worker checked out the problem he advised Mr Zam, about the mold problem, that I had inherited from their work. Mr. Zam, from Stenco Construction, said to Manuel, just caulk it up tell her we'll be back. Never did!, This company placed some kind of plastic Doo hickey, under my sink, instead of using the proper PVC pipe for the traps. Which constantly falls off and water leaks. He gave no holders for soap, toothpaste or towel racks. Around the bottom of tub started cracking the moment water hit it! The air-vent, never works to carry moisture out the room, so when I remove the cover hole, was oversized, the cut out too big and he just slapped the cover over the vent , so The exposed missing wall Compromise the vent from working. .The mold has destroyed my bathroom entry door. There's mold around the base of the floor Wall. This company is a complete disaster to put in your home to do a bathroom job!
