Traian did an excellent job installing my new induction cooktop and solving a fairly complicated installation problem. The existing granite opening was much larger than the cutout required for the new cooktop, so a normal installation wasn’t possible. Instead of modifying or replacing the granite countertop, Traian came up with a very smart solution by modifying the cabinet underneath and building proper support for the cooktop. The result is excellent — the cooktop is securely installed, everything is completely hidden underneath, and the finished installation looks exactly the way it should. Traian is very skilled, careful, and clearly knows cabinetry inside and out. I had worked with him previously on another kitchen project, which is why I contacted him again, and once again I was very happy with the quality of his work. Highly recommended, especially if you have a kitchen installation or cabinetry problem that requires some creativity rather than just a standard installation.

Better than solid, in fact. He stepped up with help with things that were not part of the job, to keep us on schedule. Don't be put off if Traian seems a bit direct or even blunt on first meeting. It's actually a plus, because he doesn't ingratiate himself with salesy overpromises. He listens to what you want and knows how to get you there at a fair price in a reasonable time frame.

TS Kitchen has done it again! After having two kitchens previously remodelled by Traian, we knew who to contact when it came time for our laundry room renovation. Traian helped be resolve my kitchen cabinet remodelling following a larger fridge purchase. The cabinet door was taken to a special factory to be cut and same veneer applied. Following the partial inside cabinet adjustments, rebuilding support was needed. He is a mathematician of sorts as all things fit nicely at the first attempt and there were no surprises. He showed both times a bit earlier and also fixed a number of other issues such as replacing dead pistons/hinges and aligning kitchen cabinet doors for a perfect look. I feel grateful for getting someone knowledgeable so you are in good hands. Thank you Traian!

Once again, Traian saved the day! Yes, i am a returning very satisfied customer. The cupboard (already built in prior to me moving here) fell apart. Traian designed the shelf/installed it, and - at the same time he took from his time to help me put up a couple mirrors, a wall hanger and some other wall decorations. He also altered my kitchen isle, as it was not functional the way it was designed - very small kitchen space, not a possibility to have it in the center of it. Therefore, he altered it in order to accommodate the wall, while i still have access to the storage/shelves. Once again he amazed me, with his promptness, professionalism and customer skills. Traian is a Kitchen Guru! This was the second time my husband and I used Traian for a kitchen remodel. Traian, with his expertise, helped us from planning our kitchen all the way through to completion. There are many things we greatly appreciate about Traian. 1. Eye for detail - all cabinets and installed appliances are perfectly leveled and aligned. 2. Creativity - designed our under the stairs cabinets to maximize storage space. He also suggested buying a pull-out garbage/recycling/compost bins from a German Manufacturer - which is one of the best features of our kitchen. 3. Connections - Helped arrange other contractors such as electricians, plumbers, and hardwood floor experts. 4. Respect for you and your home - Traian is tidy and always cleans up after himself. 5. Experience - Traian has been doing this for many years. And we completely trust his judgement and expertise. Our Kitchen used IKEA Cabinets and Appliances, and we selected custom doors fronts along with a custom colour. If we are to ever do another kitchen again, there is no question that we would hire Traian. He is simply the best in the business. Thank you, Traian!

We completely renovated our kitchen and from planning to completion, we were extremely impressed by the superior quality of Traian’s work. He created a kitchen plan, made an IKEA shopping list with all IKEA article numbers required and he installed all the cabinets. He accommodated standard IKEA cabinets to our odd-shaped kitchen. Traian can do any customization if required. For example, in our kitchen he made a custom-made cabinet so we can use a small space wisely. This cabinet included a custom-made door that matched the style and color with the rest of the cabinets. He customized our sink cabinet to be bigger than IKEA standard sink cabinet. He perfectly aligned top and bottom cabinets, installed custom-made color matching fillers where required, etc. He also installed over-the-range microwave, connecting it to the outside vent. Traian doesn’t justify time for quality – all work was done very accurate, precisely and clean. Traian is very attentive to details: all cabinets and installed appliances are perfectly leveled and aligned. Traian is very punctual and works full hours. He helped to arrange other contractors such as, demolishers, tiles installer, electrician, etc. But you can hire your own contractors if you wish. You can trust his judgement and experience. When we agreed to his recommendations, we were happy about it. He suggested to buy a pole-less Lazy Susan from a European manufacturer, which was much better than from IKEA. We highly recommend Traian and TS Kitchen for your kitchen renovations.

Traian is a wizard… in so many things. A complete package – knowledge, skill, patience, hardworking and a conversationalist on so many topics. He is not just installing your kitchen cabinets. He is patiently listening to everything you have to say, he brings up possible issues, ways of improving and maximizing the space, ways of saving money (who doesn’t need to save money in these days) and is flexible with his time and you have his undivided attention at a 100%! I requested his assistance with custom building a 3 part cabinet for my bedroom, meant to offer more storing place, books, clothing, etc. Not only he took the time to design several for me (he is high tech fully packed, using modern applications to offer the best “picture” – in advance – of how the end product will look. I am a visual person, and these aids actually helped me decide. I am a tough customer, I have high expectations and demands; I am more than impressed with his prestation, efficiency and time management. He is beyond detailed oriented, which saved both of us a lot of possible aggravation. Not with Traian though – he must be the most patient and accommodating contractor I ever dealt with in my entire life. I may have been a bit too overbearing, as I like to watch when work is being done, however, I am glad that I did … this is how I learned a lot of techniques he is using, brilliant ideas to ensure that the job is completed without hiccups and the least mess possible. I am a neat freak, so that is what really made me happy… don’t know if you ever had that experience, when the contractors leave after finishing a job, and you need to clean for a week. Well, Traian is not one of them.

He was able to effectively guide us to make sure we made the most with the space we had, and recommended us a variety of options from Ikea that would match our requirements. In addition, he provided us with detailed schematics, measurements, and renderings to envision what the end result would look like, which helped us when picking our finishes, cabinet colours, countertops, and more. The quality of the work was exceptional and it was completed in a timely manner. On top of this, Traian was able to work around our other contractors and was very understanding.
