“Spring 2023 I was looking for some landscaping for our front yard. While there are several folks that could do this, our family wanted someone that would make the right choices - avoid chemicals where possible, be friendly to pollinators, choose local foliage, and work inside our budget and maintenance/upkeep requirements. A friend recommended Jason @ Cedar Cove and was the best decision. He was easy to work with, helping frame our a design for our needs, back/forth on choices, and was able to bring out a team of guys that were polite, clean, hardworking and made the entire thing easy. Fast forward to late 2023 we had a pool to go in starting early 2024. But we wanted an engaging backyard. Once again we turned to Jason and his eye for our needs and over a month we worked on a plan, established budget, timing needs, sod choices, flagstones, bushes, grass types, ground leveling, amendments - the whole thing. It was broken into phases to accommodate pool schedules, weather, and irrigation. And he and his guys knocked it out of the park bringing our joint vision to life. We couldn't be happier. And of course, there's always more work to be done and you guarantee Jason and I will be working together in the future. Can't recommend Jason @ Cedar Cove enough!!”

“We are very pleased with the patio that Maynor & the M&C team completed for us over the summer. I first reached out to Maynor in 2022 to get a quote for the project to compare to another local contractor. He was quick and responsive and was able to get out within a few days to give me a quote. He even had some ideas to help with the design. We ended up deciding not to move forward with the outdoor project at the time. A year passed and we wanted to pick up where we had left off the previous year. I called Maynor to check in to see if the quote was still valid. He was able to confirm and update the quote from the previous year. I was still not 100% sure on the design, so asked Maynor to come out again. He was able to come out very quickly, and this time had a few more ideas for the project. My wife and I really liked the updated design that Maynor had and decided we were ready to move forward. What stood out to me about M&C is that they were able to accommodate work that not all other patio contractors were willing to do, like doing demo of a portion of a wooden deck or other construction work. This made us feel better because we were able to work with a single point of contact vs. juggling multiple contractors. Maynor/M&C just made it really easy. Once we decided to move forward and received the HOA approval, M&C was able to get us on the schedule really quickly. The crew started on a Monday and wrapped up the job by end of day the Friday after they started. It was a wonderful transformation of our outdoor living space and one we are very excited about enjoying this fall. The crew was excellent too. They were here early every day and stayed until the late afternoon to get the job done. I've compared the work to other patios in my neighborhood and ours is hands down the best quality. I highly recommend working with Maynor and the M&C team. Not only are they a pleasure to work with, but the quality of the work is unmatched. You won't be disappointed.”

“Jonathan and his team have been exceptional to work with. We purchased a new home in 2019 with a backyard hill that unfortunately wasn’t landscaped to the quality we would expect for what the builder’s landscaper should handle appropriately (horrible issue with weeds that were not treated appropriately when remove originally). In any case, Paragon to the task. They installed the trees and bushes as desired, made improvements to previously installed irrigation lines, and have also assisted in helping with our irrigation efforts since the project.
