I can not say enough great things about Modern Grounds and the owner Tommy Cassidy. We decided to add turf on the sides of our house that didn’t get much sun for grass. Tommy came out promptly to take measurements and gave us a quote. Communication remained great through the entire process. Tommy went above and beyond working around our schedule and was always accommodating even though we had to delay his team a few times. The turf was installed over 2 days and they did an absolutely phenomenal job. They cleared out old sod, leveled the dirt and made sure the runoff was away from the house. The job site was always kept very clean and tidy. The turf came out pristine and we absolutely love our new side yards. If you’re looking to install turf, look no further and call Tommy!
