Milo Painters

Nik Milo stole a $1500 deposit from us after signing a contract to paint our house. No painting ever occurred. He organized the garage one day, and took off a storm window the next week to do some prep work. Nik never returned our phone calls or emails. We were shocked this happened because he appeared to be so likable, and gave us many reassurances that this project would be completed within 2 weeks.

Milo Painters painted the inside of my home and did a amazing job. The attention to detail was exceptional. They arrived on time and promptly and delivered what they said they would. The prices were very affordable and inline with our budget. We will be recommending Milo Painters to family and friends. Thank you guys!

I had a great experience working with this company! I hired them to complete a large painting job in my condo. Aside from the great price, I was very pleased with the work, timing and customer service. Based on my past experience with some not so great contractors with other companies, I was very happy to have this company provide me with a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend them!

Overall I can say I am very pleased with both the service as well as the work provided by Milo Painters. Stephen, the owner, did a very thorough job of maintaining communication with me throughout the whole process from beginning to end. He is licensed and insured which was very important to both myself and my husband as we expect a certain caliber of work from these kinds of businesses. Milo Painters did not disappoint! We were able to schedule a free estimate the same day of my initial call. Stephen provided written documentation with a complete breakdown of all services rendered. I called a total of four other business for estimates and Stephen's quote was in the middle between the other three. Let me also add that one of the companies that provided an estimate didn't even come to the house and simply looked at a picture from google earth. Stephen goes out of his way to show up (on time if I may add), look at the property, and provide a realistic quote. No surprises for you or him. Smart man. I provided Stephen 70% deposit of the balance to hold the start date. Then provided another 15% on the start day of my project and the last portion upon completion of the project. All transactions were recorded on my estimate form and signed as proof of payment. What I really loved is that everything was provided digitally (quote, contract, and even receipts). Milo Painters wanted to make sure both my husband and I were happy and did everything possible to make that happen. Overall Stephen is a man of dignity and exemplifies true professionalism, care, and passion for his work. This is a rare thing to find in any business nowadays. His workers were also very amicable. Overall I give my highest regards and review to this company and recommend them without hesitation. It's is not often that I give a five-star review but I truly believe this company is deserving of it. I have also posted before and after photos the work done. Did I also mention they work very fast?! I look forward to working with them again soon in the near future! Great job!
