We very much appreciated your positive feedback and can certainly understand your frustration when our exemplary customer service seemed to fall by the wayside in a manner that appeared rude and unprofessional.

Here at The Paint Guys we pride ourselves on our commitment to best practices when it comes to customer service.

Client colour consultations are always offered as a complementary service.

Whenever a project gets underway, whether it be residential or commercial, large or small, all our clients are provided with a dedicated cell number so that any questions and / or concerns can be texted directly and immediately to the Operations Division, both during business hours and after, if necessary.

We are usually able to resolve all issues – often exceeding our clients’ expectations – within fifteen to twenty minutes regardless of the time of day.

Because of our exacting professional standards, we also routinely include complementary services when we prepare our estimate documentation.

As we did with you.

If a little pro bono addition to the agreed-upon Scope of Work will make the finished project look more complete, we will go that extra mile.

As such, because this was clearly not your experience, an explanation and a sincere apology are respectfully overdue.

Unfortunately, an unexpected overseas family emergency necessitated both a hasty departure and a prolonged stay in Europe recently.

Because we already had several extensive projects already scheduled and secured via Deposit, most of our agreed-upon contracts were able to be honoured and lost no momentum.

It was the day-to-day running of the Office and scheduling of future contracts that were adversely affected and for that we are profoundly sorry.
