I found Jake and the team to be highly knowledgeable and consultative helping us to truly understand the different options that could meet our requirements. The communication post our visit to the store was excellent and I'd definitely go there again as week as refer friends looking for a great hardwood floors vendor.

Pete was amazing! We had looked everywhere to find a wood floor that would compliment the existing floors. We sent him some photos, he sent some samples and success at last! Now the floors are down and I don’t think anyone ( but us) will realize that they were added later. The shipment was prompt and Pete kept us informed and answered the questions we had promptly! I highly recommend the company and especially Pete’s attention to detail. I highly recommend them.

Please do yourself a favor and skip all the other non-sense and go right to HB. I researched for m-o-n-t-h-s for flooring that I loved and only Hardwood Bargains had it at an affordable price. PLUS Myles Herzog kept in touch with me for those months keeping me informed on which sales and promotions might help me keep the overall cost as low as possible- who does that?! The project had an issue caused by the installers (ugh) and required an emergency shipment of new material. Unfortunately our flooring was back ordered for months, but Myles pulled strings and got us the remaining shipment within a week to finish our house. Top-notch service.

I had the pleasure of working with Myles at Hardwood Bargains in Austin, TX. My wife and I have been renovating a 40 year old home in west Austin, Tx. Trying to get work done during this pandemic has been challenging. Myles responded immediately and sent out multiple samples same day. After receiving the samples he followed up to answer questions and we set up a time to come to their showroom. The day we got to the showroom, the entire staff including their warehouse workers had protective masks on which made us immediately feel at ease. We looked at options and Myles walked us through the qualities of different selections. We landed on a beautiful white oak in Sandstone finish. Once we got our floors in Myles followed up again to make sure we had all of the materials. This was an easy and pleasurable experience from start to finish. We are now at the tail end of our renovation. Hardwood Bargains came through.

I'm so very happy with my Hardwood Floors from Hardwood Bargains. I searched local stores, big chain stores, and online stores for the right flooring and couldn't find what I wanted in my budget. Justin sent me some floor samples, and we were immediately impressed with the quality. His custom service was top notch - I was really nervous about ordering from a company online. Justin answered all of my questions (I had a lot) and really went above and beyond. He even let me send him links of other flooring options (from other companies) I was looking at and talked through the differences with me. Ultimately, no one else matched the quality and price they had. Our floors arrived on time and are beautiful.

I just had installed hard wood floor purchased from Hardwood Bargains, Austin, TX. The flooring was delivered from Texas to California within three days. The flooring was made in China but surprisingly good quality - not a sing board was damaged or broken except couple of t-mouldings which I returned and got a full refund within few days. In general, Hardwood Bargains provided excellent service, that is quite rare nowadays and I would recommend it for the business. Vlad C.

Great company to work with! We're not local (we're in Vermont), so there was no way to drive and see things in a show room from HB. We worked with Justin, who sent us so many samples while trying to figure this out that I'm actually embarrassed (but we're making bird houses out of them, so there's that!) because we just couldn't find the right one... until the we finally found the perfect one! We are renovating our house, so we're doing a tear-out, and replacing everything (minus tile areas) with HB's 7.5" Hand Scraped Genoa White Oak. We're installing the floor ourselves. We've managed to finish a small sitting room, our bedroom, and small walk-in closet. We still have a ways to go with the other areas of the house, but we've done enough to give good feedback on the product and the company. Justin was easy to contact (when either he called, I called, or via email back and forth) and was very helpful as we went over details trying to figure everything out over an extended amount of time. We looked at many competitors, from big box stores to other flooring stores, so we didn't make our choice lightly. We went with HB because the flooring was superior, and honestly the customer service was over the top. Every technical, aesthetic, or other type of question was answered promptly and with a lot of patience, and they continue to check in even now - long after the order was delivered, to see how it's going and if we need help (and I'm sure we will when we get to the stairs!) If you're looking for flooring, they're worth looking through their website and ordering free samples so you can see the quality of the product. We ordered and even brought some with us when we looked at competitors. There IS a difference! It's been an easy install (ours involves glue, floating, and it's been fast and easy. It's the rest of the room and tearing out the old stuff that takes so much longer!) They back up their products from the lower priced to the higher ones (it didn't matter which one I was looking at), always acted in a friendly, absolutely NO pressure, patient manner with us. I would purchase again from them! I have no criticism to offer about HB, from their customer service, their product quality and wide variety available, install ease, purchasing, delivery or anything else. Really, a 5-star company.

I love my new floors! Great wood, great service! My floors are going in now, replacing carpet. HB even let me buy a box of wood to sample in my house so I could make the perfect selection.

My wife and I purchased a spec home which had Shaw wood floors installed except in the bedrooms. Logically I asked the builder where should I purchase additional flooring. The price quoted was astronomical. Therefore I searched the web, made a few inquiries and when I was contacted by Colin I immediately knew I would be in good hands. The builders supplier insisted I was not getting the same floor. That it was different. Colin not only contacted the Shaw rep who validated that in fact it is the same floor but also provided this in writing to me. Needless to say the price was almost half quoted and when I received the order the wood was a perfect match I cannot praise Hardwood Bargains enough and of course Colin. I ordered luxury vinyl planks from Jason at Hardwood Bargains. I needed flooring that is water proof and hold up well for my Cupcake shop. My shop has high traffic and vinyl is holding up wonderfully! Jason was the best and definitely would recommend him and Hardwood Bargains!

It was a pleasure to work with Colin on my floor order. He was there by phone and email to answer any questions I had and to get me the right floors I wanted.

After searching for about a year for the right flooring we decided to go with HWB. The prices were good, but we had reservations about ordering online. Unfortunately, we decided on eucalyptus which was not available locally. We either had to change our product or order online. The product is really nice. It was so dense the contractor installing it had to use a special gun. My only issue with eucalyptus is it has pits in a good amount of the boards, so you will need to make sure your contractor pays attention and uses the pitted boards for the edges. Other than that, Colin was super easy to work with and the price was great.

We are very happy with our experience with Colin McElroy from Hardwood Bargains. Colin was very helpful throughout the whole process from sample orders to finally placing our floor order. We are doing a new construction and Colin was very patient with our everchanging timeline and was able to the get our floor orders out to us in a very timely fashion. The Amber Eucalyptus solid wood floor is amazing, their showroom was great, but the service they offer is probably the best thing about Hardwood Bargains. I accidentally ordered the wrong color (cognac) because I didn't notice it on the invoice initially, and within 2 hours they were back at my house dropping off the correct boxes. I cannot emphasize how quickly and kindly they corrected my mistake, and Colin, Blake and other coworkers were really great to work with the whole time. From the delivery guy to the customer service phone calls, my experience was outstanding! Thanks again !!

Hardwood Bargins did a great job sending over samples, helping us understand our options, and get the floor we wanted for as little cost as possible. Any issues or questions that came up were resolved very quickly.

We purchased around 2000 sq ft. The wood is great quality and the price is very good. I called and they gave a small discount as well. Our installer said we got a good deal and the quality is good.

We started out wanting to just replace the carpet in the master bedroom, but wound up replacing that and most of the upstairs carpet. We love the product that Hardwood Bargains supplied and the price. Colin was on top of the process, referred us to a great installer, and sold us more of the product afterward, just to ensure that we can do another room if we want to do that. Turnaround was one week, start to finish. A great experience with all involved.

The finishing touches to the new floor are being completed today. We couldn’t be more pleased with the floor and the service Colin has provided. I recommend Colin & his company to you. They will do a great job. My neighbor will receive his $50 gift card so if you are reading this, and buy your floor from Hardwood Bargains, do not be afraid to use me as your reference. My wife could use a $50 dinner out!

I worked with Peter Cobos who was friendly and accommodating. The flooring I selected is Cascade oak and I had it installed in my entire home, including the kitchen. It's beautiful! As any of us are, I was nervous about my selection since it's so difficult to be sure it will turn out exactly as one imagines. I am truly impressed with the result-- it's simply beautiful, elegant, and contemporary, exactly as I expected. Mario's Flooring did the job in three days, and were professional, prompt, and courteous as well as reasonable-- I recommend them without doubt. Flooring was $7000.00 and install was $2700.00. I'm really pleased with me selection and how it turned out.

I worked with Collin McElroy during my hardwood selection and purchasing. Collin was very helpful throughout this process. He was very understanding about the selection process and provided us helpful recommendation so we can make the best choice. I did recommend one of my friends to this place. For installation, I went with one of their partnered installer, Mario’s. They were Ok. Price was very competitive. You have to stay on top to get floor installed correctly.

Jason Chacon was our salesperson at Hardwood Bargains. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I flew overseas after my first visit to the store, not the easiest way to pick but he was great about emailing and calling to help with any of our questions. It is a big decision putting hardwood throughout your house and he truly listened to what we wanted and made great suggestions to fit our needs. Our floors are beautiful, we couldn't be happier! I saw the most beautiful floors in my friend's house (engineered natural acacia) and she told me where she got them - Hardwood Bargains. I called and requested her exact flooring and that's what I got! Billy had always been super helpful with questions about installation, durability, and cleaning, and I love love love my floors. We've had them over a year now and I'm still so happy I waited until I got the perfect thing instead of settling for something lower quality or that I wasn't crazy about.

Jason was always available when I needed to ask for additional information or material. It turned out that I ended up re-doing the staircase, in addition to 4 rooms earlier planned. It was a hasty decision on my part but Jason was clear on my needs for the staircase. He identified and shipped the right staircase nose without which the installer would not move quick to finish their job. One time when I called, Jason was busy with the show room guests - still, he still returned my call within minutes after checking a part number that I needed to order. Jason seems to be very dedicated to his job as well as to go all the way to help the customer without hesitation no matter how small or how big the expected order is. All in all, it was indeed a good choice that I made to order my flooring materials from HB company and, fortunate to have found in Jason the right mix to make me feel good all the way through. He did call me several times during the install process and wanted to make sure everything is going good. I highly recommend any one to contact HB (ask for Jason if you are particular) for your flooring needs even if you are 1,800 miles away (as I was). This was our second time to purchase wood floors from Hardwood Bargains. Both times the product was fantastic. Our most recent purchase was the Country Hickory wood floors and we couldn't be more pleased with them. Had a great experience with Hardwood Bargains from the initial consultation at their showroom to the final result. They where very helpful in helping us pick the product from hundreds of choices. The products were delivered on time. They carried 70+ boxes one by one up a very steep hill into our house. Had no problem returning extra supplies, even after a few months! We were so happy with the result that we bought more to finish the entire house. In total, we bought about 1400 sqft of their 3/4" thick x 7" wide flooring.

Did a DIY installation of hardwood flooring I ordered from Hardwood Bargains with a fabulous result. I rep I talked with (Zac Alba) who was very knowledgable about the various products he had available and provided invaluable insights and advice that greatly enhanced the prospects of a successful installation. We ordered our engineered hardwood floors from HardwoodBargains and couldn't be happier! We purchased 1,000 sq ft of 5" Hand Scraped Country Hickory. It's beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. It is always a little scary ordering things like this over the internet but Zac (who gave me his direct line) was super helpful with the process. I talked to him several times over the phone and he was knowledgeable about the color variations (which was our biggest concern). We love the color! It is a medium brown that is not too red or orange; just a nice warm brown. We are also very happy with the durability of these floors. We have 4 kids and a dog and they are very resistant to scratches as well as looking nice and clean - even when they're not :) They don't show spots and footprints like some of our previous floors did. They do show dust and light colored fuzz, but that's just a good reminder for me to vacuum!

The ware layer of their wide plank engineered flooring was three times thicker than all the others. We put a deposit to secure the product until we were ready for that phase on our new building. Jason stayed in regular touch with us. When it came time for delivery, he set it up and it arrived safely exactly when we wanted it. From the first contact, I felt like a client not just a customer. We are tremendously pleased with the product and look. Normally hardwoods come with lots of "shorts" (short 12-15" pieces). I was pleasantly surprised this product was mostly longer pieces (42-84"). This is a great company. I came here a few times with my Wife and sister in law, We always had great experiences. Chuck was our sales person, and I would gladly recommend him. We bought engineered Hickory in a Med/Dark color from their own line for "about" $3 a sq./ft. and it is holding up GREAT. This was the right width (5"), the right sheen, and not too "scrapey"...in fact, it's basically flat. I've been a contractor doing custom kitchen cabinets for several years, and I really look closely at durability and finish strength. I bought this for my own home because we are on a middle class person budget... It's only six months old, but is proving resistant to minor scuffs. There is no evidence of the little dogs running over it all day. It will definitely scratch if you have a rock in your shoe, but anything else would too. They recommended and installer who was also top notch, Mario's flooring.

Although the showroom was busy, we were greeted promptly by sales consultant Jason, who guided us through our many options, and provided samples to take home. He was professional and respectful. I purchased the Natural Eucalyptus flooring and stair noses back in May just to be sure we had them when the flooring was ready to be installed. The products came when requested and when we finally opened the stair nosing in September to find the colors didn't match our salesman went out to the warehouse and found pieces that matched and had them shipped the next day! i ordered samples first,received in a couple of days.The flooring is a little lighter than my sample but we installed and over time i think it will match just fine. I was referred there by friends who just did a total remodel. We had the master closet and the upstairs hallway and two bedrooms where we wanted to replace carpet with hardwood. Hardwood bargains had a wide selection of engineered, solid, strand bamboo and eucalyptus, and laminate at great prices. I was even luckier to get what I wanted in closeouts, so it was even better. Jason Chacon, the sales rep, was. wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable (and patient!). Hardwood Bargains doesn't install, but they recommended a company that gave us a great price and did a lovely job. Highly recommended.

I worked with Jason Chacon and he was really wonderful! The first time I called in, I had looked at probably a dozen other wood companies for wood paneling on one of our walls. Jason was knowledgable, friendly, and responsive. He immediately shipped out free samples that arrived quickly. I was able to choose what I wanted with a sample that was actually big enough to see the color, grain, etc. The only unfortunate part was how long the wood took (about two and a half months) to get to me since it was out of stock, but that wasn't something they could control. I'm still in the process of installing and it already looks great. The wood is sturdy without being too thick. The grooves make it really easy to guide the product in place. The peel and stick works pretty well, but I'd recommend nailing to ensure it stays in place, a few pieces of ours have tried to fall off with just the peel and stick. Overall, I'd HIGHLY recommend using Hardwood Bargains for flooring, walling, etc. looking at the product makes me want to find an excuse to buy again! I paid a fraction of the price and still had wonderful service and a beautiful product! Anyone looking for decorative walking shouldn't look anywhere else--trust me, this product is awesome. Should I ever have a need again, Jason is the first person I would call.

Chuck was very informative and helpful in choosing egingeering wood over solid wood. We were able to take few samples home and decided to upgrade 4 of our bedrooms from carpet to wood very quickly. We came in a few months ago looking at hardwood samples. Jason let us take home 5 or 6 samples free of charge, then sent us home with more again. He was super patient while we figured out exactly what we wanted! Ordering and delivery was extremely easy!

We ordered smooth Brazilian cherry hardwood floors and related installation products. Mr. Chacon was extremely helpful in explaining what we would need, the differences between products, any problems that we might run into with certain types of flooring, and how we could save money. The pricing was also excellent. The product was absolutely gorgeous, especially for the price, and I have spent hours perusing hardwood flooring options from other vendors in town. My contractor father-in-law was also very impressed with the product. There were no boards that we didn't use because there was something wrong with them, and we did 500 square feet of flooring.

I purchased the Ivory 3D white oak wall paneling from Hardwood Bargains for our new medical office. Initially, I had a lot of reservations placing the order. I was unfamiliar with the product, the company, and overall placing such an order online that was out of state. But because Colin at Hardwood Bargains addressed all of my concerns through and through, I pulled the trigger and placed the order. And let me tell you, that was one of the best decisions I've made in designing our new medical office. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Our contractor said it was a breeze to put up. It took him about half a day for the install. While the paneling is self adhesive, you do need to use a brad nailer to secure the paneling to the wall. After, we applied a small dab of wood filler to cover the nail holes, which blended beautifully. I can't tell you how much of an impact the wall paneling has made. While I don't think the pictures do justice, I'll attach a few. Overall, I highly recommend Colin, Hardwood Bargains, and Ivory 3D White Oak wall paneling!

I had gotten a very high quote for wood floors from another company, then I was referred to Zac Alba at Hardwood Bargains. They had such a wide variety of gorgeous woods to choose from. I was sent home with several different swatches of the same sample so that I could get a good feel for what the floors would look like, not just in one tiny piece of wood. Questions were also answered immediately via email or text. My bill was far less than the previous one and best of all, my floors are beautiful! Everyone that has come over comments on how pretty they are. I am very pleased!

Jason Chacon was our first contact with Hardwood Bargains here in San Antonio. Like the saying goes, you can't make another first impression. Well, Jason proved that wrong time and again. HB has an impressive selection of wood flooring. We finally landed on our selection. Our wood is a wide plank long length white oak that is 10" x 10' x 3/4" Umber. Jason was with us all the way. He was so accommodating, that he answered questions for us we hadn't even asked yet. Zac was extremely helpful and friendly during the entire purchase process and I liked the electronic documentation they use to finalize the sale which allows the customer to review and sign-off on a PO and receive an electronic copy for your records.
