The bottom line is we got MORE than we expected…within $54 of our budget… and finished ON TIME! And we actually ENJOYED it! They renovated our 1951 ranch home in Middletown. Our goal was to create a kitchen that was bigger & better connected to the rest of the house to allow us to have a welcoming gathering space for our family. Also on our list was a powder room, mudroom and a first floor laundry room. (We ended up with a walk-in pantry that we are so glad to have!) It was important to us that the design to be seamless with the style of our house & not “cookie cutter” & we knew we’d found the perfect company to accomplish all of this with Bailey Design + Build. We were able to live in the house throughout the process & we appreciated that there was substantial daily progress. Never one day wondering “where IS everyone?” They hit every date on the schedule (that we had access to through a portal) & it was impressive! On top of that, our home was kept so clean and organized. Having the same project manager on site every day is KEY. Wes kept us in the loop, is an excellent communicator, considerate & competent. A big consideration for us was having design help. This service being in-house made so much sense to us. The talented drafting team paired with skilled design work (and hand-holding through vendor appointments) by Christy Maser set the foundation beforehand & allowed for them to provide a realistic timeline and budget. I would say what we didn’t know we needed-that made the whole thing come together-was a project manager that was on-site all day, every day. Wes became like part of the family. He was upbeat, organized, skilled, respectful of our home & a great communicator. I could say more about others but you don’t have the time for all that! The people we met were such a pleasant surprise in the process & ENJOY their work. Brandon Bailey has built a well-oiled machine that includes top tier subs that just do amazing work. All through the process, every sub & vendor would mention how good Bailey was and that we'd made a great choice. “No one does it like Bailey”, we heard over and over. Knowing that we were getting ready to spend a lot of money on improving our home, we didn’t want to risk it with someone that we weren’t completely confident in & trusted. Such a positive experience for us! Words that come to mind are creativity, trust, punctual, efficiency, collaboration, patience, respect (of us/our home/each other/the subs), organization, flexibility & great communicator/listeners. They truly operate guided by their company core values. They will be our only call for future projects.

At Bailey Design+Build, they say that they pursue excellence in everything they do....and they totally achieve it!!! From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, the whole renovation process of turning our old, 1962 half bathroom into a modern full bathroom was absolutely wonderful. They took the time to listen to what we were wanting to achieve with the space, then set us up with a designer to develop a plan to make our dream a reality. The care they took in assuring that the rest of our home stayed clean during the renovation process was amazing. Our project manager was on sight every day to assure that all work was properly performed, and to address any issues that arose during demolition and construction. And one of the best things was that we didn't have to be on sight for any of it, as the day's work was uploaded into an app so that at any time, we could see not only what was done, but what was on the schedule for the next day and next week. Our renovation was finished 8 days ahead of schedule, and right on budget. For anyone desiring a renovation project that is done with great communication, high quality work, and a worry-free process where everything is taken care of for you, Bailey's Design+Build is definitely the company to hire!

This company remodeled our bathroom- I would NOT recommend them. They promised to finish the job at a later date... Good luck getting calls returned from this company.

Bailey provided an exceptional experience on our first and second floor remodel from start to finish. At the initial meeting to discuss the scope of the project, they took the time to listen to needs and concerns and offered helpful suggestions. They clearly communicated their process and timelines. Katharine, Amy, and the team offered valuable ideas for both space planning and design. Jesse and Josh, the project managers, were always available for questions and concerns and were quick to respond with answers and solutions. Bailey can be trusted to produce quality work and an outstanding result. We would not hesitate to work with them again on any project.

Bailey Remodeling was outstanding from start to finish. They treated my home with respect and the project was completed on time and within budget. Some minimal hiccups along the way but they handled and addressed them. Not sure how this could have gone better.

Bailey did an excellent job with our project. They took care of all stages - planning, design, estimation, schedule & execution. Receptive to our needs and flexible to changes during the project. All their workers were respectful of property and diligent in their work. Special kudos to our crew chief - Cory Welsh. Highly recommended for basement finishing and remodeling.

My husband and I have completed (7) custom built or remodel projects over 30 years. So we know what to expect/how the process works. Our addition/remodel project with Bailey was by far the best experience we ever had. Bailey had a dedicated project manager for our project. Absolute Game Changer! Daily communication through Buildertrend software and face to face discussion. The selection process was seamless and actually a lot of fun! Plus the project was completed within a week of the scheduled date. What a great construction experience!

I can not say enough how wonderful it was working with Bailey Remodeling. I had a big project and a short timeline and Caleb made sure things stayed on schedule. I never had to worry about the schedule or when things were going to be done. I never had a surprise when it came to cost or timeline. Refreshing

We hired Bailey Remodeling to complete a mudroom and laundry room addition to our home in early 2020. Overall, we were satisfied with the experience and the work they did. The subcontractors did quality work and the project only took about a week longer than it was supposed to. Our only issue with Bailey Remodeling has to do with the contract negotiations with Brandon Bailey. During our very first meeting, he tried to pressure us to reveal how much we were willing to spend (we told him to give us his price first). At the next meeting, he had already written a dollar amount on the paperwork. It was more than we wanted to spend so we had to cross it out and lower the amount. My advice is that when you meet with Brandon, beware of his sales tactics and hold firm on your budget. Otherwise you will spend more than you should on the project.

We would highly recommend Bailey Remodeling & Construction. From the initial visit with Brandon, to the final walk though with the team, working with Bailey was a seamless process. The plan was formed after collaboratively meeting and then flawlessly executed. Every member of the team was easy to work with, professional and it was just a wonderful experience all around! We LOVE our new space!

Our main concern was staying on our timeline & budget. Bailey did a great job planning ahead & there were very few issues not planned for. Everything is beautiful & we were thrilled with everything being at least on schedule, if not a few days ahead. They actually finished a week early!!

I am completely satisfied with my remodeling project. Everyone at Bailey Remodeling was professional, timely, helpful and creative. I’m in love with my new space!
