Aric was very professional and willing to take the time to help me understand all the steps and milestones in the process for developing architectural plans for our addition. He was also very responsive with emails, phone calls and providing plans. He provided some great insights to help in my considerations on the project. We'll be making some tweaks to the plans given we may pause on the project - which I already have peace of mind with his support to help make the updates. I would highly recommend Aric to anyone new or accustomed to working with an architect.

This is our first experience in a large renovation project (adding ~1400 square feet). After trying to vet some architects, we did not find what we were looking for. A simple google search brought us to Aric Gitomer Architetct, LLC. Ric was professional from the moment we reached out to him and still is willing to help even after he completed the drawings. He gave us recommendations only an creative mind can provide. The best experience we have had thus far in our renovation journey. Ric is very responsive on email or text. He completed the drawings faster than expected and there were no surprises on the final cost. As someone who did some simple research online, I can highly recommend Ric to be one of the best out there. This experience can be a little scary but we are thankful Ric made it easy and affordable. Update 8/16/21 - If you had a slight doubt, even based off these amazing reviews, on awarding Ric your project, please read this. Mid-March 2021 we received a disheartening package from our town telling us our permits were denied. After discussing with our builder, they recommend we speak with our architect. Ric went above and beyond to find the town documented rules and challenged them that his due diligence was conducted up front and his design was to code. Ric even went beyond our ask and provided a letter of explanation of to the town. As a result, the town turned their decision around after ONE WEEK! Ric's enthusiasm, expertise, knowledge of his art saved us at least SIX months of project delays. If Ric did not help us, our final decision would have been to cancel all of our hard work and already spent money on this 7 month renovation project. We are in the midst of construction and Ric really did save the day for us. We cannot thank him enough....

Aric is very professional, very quick and punctual with his time. He advised us very well in things that may look good but not practical. We enjoyed working with him. Thanks for all the work to make our dream floor plan. We can’t wait to see the plan in execution.
