Working with Nick was like a breath of fresh air! He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, patient and responsive. He kept me informed through the whole project and finished within the timeframe stated . After being mislead and taken advantage by prior contractors it took a lot to let my guards down and trust him but I'm so glad I did. I had rotten wood around my ten window frames. Nick explained the process and time frame of the work. Not only did they replace the rotted frames, new windows were put in. Nick showed me two types of energy efficient windows. I selected the windows with grilles and he went out and located ten. The workers began work and completed them in about 4 days which included removing existing security bars on the windows, replacing rotted wood frames, installation on windows, and painting the window frames. I spray painted the security bars before they put them back on. The workers cleaned up the surroundings each day. Nick and the workers were very professional and I was happy with the work.

Nick built our first home and it was everything we could have asked for and more!! We loved the ceramic tile floors that looked like wood, modern light fixtures throughout the house, beautiful backsplash and granite countertops throughout. We always receive so many compliments from people who visit our home. We love the thoughtful, sleek, modern design that was put into this home. The open, spacious concept and lots of storage space is so wonderful.

Built our growing family a beautiful new home that needed no changes or updates! It was perfect for us. Oland Living was so great to work with in the process. Highly recommend!!
