Tom Roy is a dependable contractor with integrity; a rare combination for contractors. He is an excellent building designer as well as contractor. Tom works with his clients to achieve the highest quality within the clients budge. He is even willing to go with the client to pick out appliances, cabinetry, flowing and plumbing fixtures. His work crew is highly skilled and courteous to the client. Tom is also flexible and is willing to modify the design given new input by the client. He also hires subcontractors who provide quality work. I would recommend JTR Construction to anyone looking for quality design and construction.

Tom and his team completed a kitchen family room remodel with raised ceiling as well as a living room dining room and hallway update needed due to the raised ceiling impact . We had a step down from the entry to the living room and step up to the dining room. Tom listened to our issues and was able to rectify the floor to be all on one level. We also had an outdoor covered loggia constructed. This project was something we dreamed about for a long time so having a contractor and team that we could trust, communicate with and have working in our wide open home as we continued to live there was a non negotiable. Our project was very successful. It went a bit longer than we thought it would due to not being able to get a couple subs but it was worth the wait to have things done correctly. The end result is something we love and we have constantly been asked who did our work. We have even called tom back to help us with a smaller project ( siding replacement) on our garage because we couldn't find anyone who wanted to take that job and we knew the quality of work we would be getting from tom and his team. We would highly recommend JTR construction because peace of mind and complete satisfaction go hand in hand. Tom and the team consistently deliver on both.

We have used Tom to build an extension of our house and to remodel a master bathroom that involved lifting the ceiling. He did a wonderful job on both projects. He does his own design work and listens carefully to his customers. He manages his subcontractors well and we have had no problems with either project. I can recommend him highly.

JTR Construction completed our 612 square feet kitchen and family room addition. He was very professional and easy to work with. His crew is incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy and simply nice guys. Our project was completed beautifully and ahead of schedule (by 2 weeks). We absolutely love it!
