Petros Design

Krista created a beautiful landscaping design plan which we are taking in phases. She listened to our ideas and created a great plan. Last year we start phase 1 with Krista and another crew. This year we are starting phase 2. We look forward to our spring and summer with a beautiful backyard!

I could not have selected a better company than Petros to design and create my outdoor living area. Between the two of them, Krista and John managed to take a bare piece of land and turn it into a beautiful oasis. With Krista's knowledge of plants and her ability to visualize an outcome in design, and John's expertise at selecting just the right stone for the project, and where best to place it, I now have a beautiful and welcoming space in which to relax while listening to the sound of the waterfall, as well as entertain family and friends. I highly recommend Pretros and plan to use them for future projects.

Petros Design is a company that has integrity, is creative, and hardworking. John is an expert in Natural Stone. Our yard has stunning rock creations. Krista has been designing for me for many years. We developed a design to ease me into the best years of my life. The garden is my dream come true. It is a social milieu where we have had weddings, annual garden parties, and even garden tours. I cut three to four bouquets each week in the spring thru fall. There are even flowers in the middle of winter. The raised vegetable boxes produce all year. They are framed in stone and I can sit down and pull weeds. The garden is a pollinator, bird, and butterfly sanctuary. There is a bird bubbler and a waterfall that buzz with life. The garden has bulbs and plants from all over the world. The Cottage Garden is a peaceful retreat. There are pictures of my garden in the Petros Design Project files. God has blessed me abundantly with Krista and John.

We had a new construction home with a blank canvas back yard. But there were challenges, a four foot tall slope along one fence line and a shallow drainage "ditch" thru the middle of the backyard! Krista came and listened to my ideas about a rock river, natural bridge, flagstone walkway and zen garden appeal and then perfectly translated my ideas into a beautiful, functional design. She, John and their team transformed our back garden into a peaceful paradise.

John is amazing with design and completing anything with stone. He knows stonework. A master! I’d definitely recommend him! We’ve used him now on 3 different projects. Hardscape including a water feature, the most amazing mailbox this side of the Mississippi and stonework on the house.

Krista does an amazing job at landscaping! We have worked with Petros Designs for over 12 years at our residence as well as our business. She's helped us with placing water features and private gardens. She is very knowledgeable across the board. Her work has added so much value to our properties. The company is very creative with their hard-scape and stonework as well.

Hired to do a yard redesign. Found the initial design plans very helpful in understanding the complete plan. Work occurred on scheduled dates. Very responsive to queries and concerns. Neighbors love the changes and quite a few cars have been stopped to look at the new design. Plan to work with them as needed in the future.

We downsized and needed to improve our outdoor space for entertaining and for our own enjoyment. We were very happy with Krista's plans. She did a great job incorporating the things we asked for. She was very involved with the landscape team, making sure they were following her plans. She was excellent in the follow up after the job was completed. She totally changed our front and backyard. We live across the street from our neighborhood park and as we are sitting out front or working in the yard, we get so many compliments from people passing by. If we want to really impress them we show them our backyard too. We highly recommend Petros Design Center! Thank you , Krista!!!

Krista Lawrence was an inspiration in designing a renovation plan for the NW Natives Garden at the Wildlife Botanical Gardens in Brush Prairie, WA. Her knowledge of native plants to the NW was instrumental in providing the correct placement for the plants. Krista was the project manager over this renovation including a new alpine garden, pathway and installation of a pond. The garden is thriving and looks beautiful.

Landscaping our 3 acres was completely overwhelming for us and we could not have done it with out Krista's help! She was great to listen to our ideas and put together a design that fit our families needs.
