We added a family room addition (approx. 15x30) and a covered wood deck in 2009. Remodeled existing family room area into a laundry room (with tiled floors, sink, and storage cabinetry) and a large bathroom (tiled floors, walk in onyx shower, BainUltra air tub in tiled surround, vanity and storage cabinetry. Family room addition has a corner gas fireplace with stone surround and mantle, tray ceiling, 2 sky lights, crown molding and hardwood flooring. We also replaced all windows in the home, added vinyl siding, new gutters and all new roof. All painting was done by Steadfast and some landscaping repair caused by equipment during renovation. Steadfast managed all phases of work. Keith was very helpful in planning, offering suggestions and options. He met with us whenever it was convenient for us; he always answered calls or returned calls the day received; also was available via email. Getting a call answered or returned is a rare thing anymore it seems. We were kept updated with how work was progressing and work schedules. Follow-up after completion was good and service after the sale was great as well. We’ve used Steadfast for a couple of smaller jobs as well, with the same success. Our experience with Keith and Steadfast Builders has been an excellent one.

I had the pleasure of working with Keith Espeland and the Steadfast team as a contractor for the building of our hew home. I can recommend him and his team highly and without reservation. He is a hand-on manager and believes in "whatever it takes" to get the job done and done right. He chose and managed the sub-contractors well. They were extremely tidy and never left the work site in disarray. The complexity in a project this size it that good work takes time to complete. Patience is required when taking on a project of this size. Although the project took time to complete, I know we have a amazing outcome and a work of art. When we met the Steadfast team, we knew we had found the right partner for our project!

When I initially selected Steadfast I had a choice. The other company would have put up 2x4's and sheet rock. Steadfast did so much more. The became part of my design team, always contributing to how to accomplish the design, the feel, completing the "whole picture". I did a complete whole house main floor remodel, windows, walls, doors floors, kitchen, bathrooms and master suite addition. They keep the build site organized, picked up and clean. They have completed additional projects including patio/deck. They are responsive, suggest solutions and then get the job done. I will continue to use Steadfast Builders.

Remodeled master bath in an old 1920's tudor style home. Fabulous group of gentlemen to work with. Job was done approximately 60 days late, but each wrong step was handled profesionally and to our satisfaction. Well managed project with skilled tradesmen used.
