This project was complete turn key, build to suit, addition and remodel. We added a master suit to the back of the house, as well as completely reconfigured the entire house to have an open concept that flowed well and lent itself to entertaining.

The kitchen is set up to function and work nicely for small family gatherings and everyday life as well as have the ability to entertain gatherings of 30 or more people comfortably.

This house is a combination of elegance and functionality with granite counter tops, hand scraped hardwood, abundant lighting, and specialty features such as doors on barn rails and custom made moldings.

We designed the exterior with entertaining in mind while still being very visually appealing. All features were designed and built to complement the house. This creates a flow and continuity between the two spaces that have them function as one.
