I met Anne 16 years ago when I hired Anne Grice Interiors to remodel my home in Colorado. They did an outstanding job, were easy to work with, had great ideas, and created a beautiful and liveable space that worked for my family then and now. When I decided to build a new house in a small town in Texas, I did not consider anyone to help with the construction, design and implementation other than Anne and her partner, Whitney. I could have had designers out of Houston, San Antonio or Dallas but chose to use Anne who I new was easy to work with, has great ideas and was willing to travel to Texas when needed. She and Whitney traveled to the jobsite during all phases of planning, design and building. Her creativity and all the furnishings and finishes she chose are perfect for our country home and it is absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend Anne and her team to anyone considering a remodel or a new build. She and Whitney are such talented and creative interior design experts.

Anne, Whitney, and staff created a beautiful design for our condo remodel. They are masters at efficient space utilization and managed to include every feature we wanted. Meetings and communication were incredibly efficient. With a massive inventory of samples in house we never had to visit vendors. They were so great at understanding our tastes and masterfully incorporated our style at every turn. When we decided to pivot they made a beautiful presentation of the design for our broker to present to potential buyers. Sold after the first broker’s open! We didn’t hesitate to call them again for a small project on our new home. Highly recommended.

Anne Grice Interiors is superb! Our project was a down-to-the-studs remodel of a home we love. They handled everything from the initial space and systems planning to the fine details of every finish and furnishing. We accomplished this remotely, and Anne, Whitney and their team held weekly on-site meetings with the contractors, assessed the progress and contacted us immediately when any adjustments or owner decisions were warranted. As part of this process, they sent us photos, which helped us visualize the progress. From an aesthetic perspective, they cared about our tastes and sensibilities and how we would live in the space. They then applied that to recommend creative and state-of-the-art styles and functional solutions. If you are doing a renovation and want a seamless and enjoyable process, Anne Grace Interiors is our recommendation!

We are a condominium hotel, with 100 individual condominium owners all of whom participate in our rental program. Because our buildings are nearly 50 yeas old, providing ongoing upgrading and renovations is essential in keeping our condominiums up to date and appropriate to our guest expectations and the nightly rates we charge. Anne Give Interiors continues to work with individual owners on renovations, and she does an excellent job. Her taste and direction in interior design is great for our property and for our setting in Aspen. She is aware of cost concerns, and she designs interiors to be appropriate to our heavy rental and family use. She has good contractors doing her work, and she gets things done on time. We are big fans of Anne Grice Interiors!

I hired Anne to redo my living room. With little direction she has created a lovely, comfortable space for me. She respected my color preferences and gave me choices throughout the process. Her and her staffs' personal attention to my project, although not a large one, has been wonderful. I would highly recommend her firm to anyone looking for wonderful, livable home interiors. I was also invited to a total house interior project of the firm. Absolutely fabulous without being ostentatious in the slightest as well as sensitive to the owners' wishes and talents.

Anne is terrific! I am a rental condominium manager. At the time working with a property of 140 condominiums. I help homeowners optimize revenue through a variety of means including guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, etc, but importantly also in presenting their second homes to optimize revenue over a broad period of time. Anne is a terrific designer, and excels at interior architecture. I have introduced Anne to dozens of homeowners, all of whom had great experiences. Generally, these are not small projects, but "to the studs" renovations. She understands the importance from first impression to the function of the space. She can see past existing walls determining what to keep, what to relocate, and what to remove. She also appreciates the reality of maintaining a short term rental condominium, selecting the right materials and fabrics. Details matter, and Anne pulls it all together. Anne is a professional and a pleasure. You will be happy you chose to work with Anne.

We hired Anne Grice Interiors to renovated our restaurant. We had a tight budget and only about 6 weeks to do the entire project from start to finish. They completely transformed the space and gave the restaurant a new look and feel. They stayed within our budget and the opening was a success. Anne is easy to work with, flexible and quick to make any changes necessary. She provided excellent feedback, was organized and delivered the service she promised. I have worked with Anne Grice on numerous projects over the past 8 years. We recently completed the complete renovation of an 80’s era, rustic unit into a clean, contemporary town home. Anne and her staff created all the permit drawings, specifications and construction drawings that allowed me to budget, schedule and permit the project to the owner's and the HOA’s requirements.
