Wallmark Custom Homes

I have been living in a Wallmark Custom Home for over 20 years. Six years ago Wallmark did an extensive renovation to the interior of my home which was delivered on budget and on time. Recently my home required a new roof, which again, was done on budget and on time. I highly recommend the Wallmark team, and likely will be speaking to them in the next few years when it comes time to downsize. Well done, Wallmark Homes!

We choose Wallmark to build our new house after having researched and interviewed many custom home builders, and Wallmark was definitely the right choice. We were very pleased with the quality and work done on our beautiful house. They were supportive throughout the process from beginning to end, and even well after our house was finished. Brad and the entire Wallmark team are very professional. Their comprehensive experience in home building was invaluable as they provided great ideas and solutions to help us stay within our budget. It was wonderful to be able to trust such a large project with Wallmark. Would absolutely recommend.

The work was done extremely well and communication throughout the project was first rate. All the trades that were involved were professional, friendly and skilled. We are extremely happy with the end result and with the advice and guidance that was provided by Wallmark Custom Homes.

The post sale experience with Wallmark Customer Homes continues to be extremely disappointing. From the moment the keys are turned over, they wash their hands of the promises made to the homeowner. We are over our 1 year mark and barely any of our deficiencies have been repaired. Promises are made, but there is very little/if any follow through. I would not recommend this company.

I have not taken the service but heard a lot about them that's why I gave 4 start. If I have taken the service and was completely satisfies then I can give it 5 but for others they can contact them since as far as I heard about them is positive.

Wallmark just completed building a house that I designed for my clients. They did a fantastic job in following the drawings, to ensure that the design and client's vision were met. They kept me as well as my clients well informed during the entire process and finished within a reasonable amount of time and on budget, which rarely happens with other builders. As a house designer, I trust the work that they do, and I would recommend them to all who are looking for a builder.

We are overall pleased with both the work and the relationship we have developed with the staff. There were some minor gaps in communication, but they were promptly addressed.
