Dear Customer, Kiln fired decorated tiles for the one of a kind home owner with a flair for the unique. Please email any questions prior to ordering. Questions regarding the size and color or perhaps tile quantity needed to fill a space will be answered within 12 -24 hours. If you plan to surround with matching white tile please contact me before purchasing. I will be using whatever white tile I can that is available at big box stores and that is always changing. If you are a new customer you may consider just buying one or two units of tiles to examine prior to placing a large order. I can make more for you quickly if needed. We ordered a ceramic tile mural for our new shower. They arrived in record time. When we took them out of the box, we were surprised at how wonderfully they were packaged. They had included a diagram of how to lay out the tiles, packaged the tiles in numbered form and numbered the back of each one of them.... So we knew exactly how to lay them out. They even included where to order the surrounding tiles for our shower if necessary and what would look good with them. Unfortunately we ordered the wrong size tile. I sent an email asking if they came in 6" tiles. We actually received a phone call from Deb letting us know that they do, and she would order them right away. We received our new tiles within a couple of days, and they are perfect!! We have not completed the shower, so we do not have a picture, but we could not be more pleased with the service and the product. We would order from this company again, and would recommend our family and friends.

I have been working with Deb of Mottles Murals for close to five years. She has always been professional and tried to accommodate my wishes. You will never receive tiles with any flaws. She has always offered to replace anything I am not happy with. She has provided tiles and murals for my master bath renovation. We have just finished renovating my small kitchen. She created two murals for my kitchen that she did not even have in stock. We are currently working on murals and tiles for my guest bath, which has not been started yet. This review is two years late since I just started using Houzz. I did my kitchen renovation two years ago. I ordered the tiles on internet. Deb was so friendly and helpful. Tiles came well packed. We are so happy with the result. My friends thought I spent a fortune on the tiles and are so surprised to learn how much they cost. Even my contractor wanted to have the web address. The tiles are beautiful. There are so many patterns to select and it's easy to find the ones I like. Similar mural costs thousands in my local high end store. I love my kitchen because Deb gave me the opportunity to creat and I enjoy my kitchen everyday. I will start another house renovation soon. I definitely will order soon. Thanks, Deb.

Our order just arrived and we couldn't be happier with it! Everything is exactly as described and arrived sooner than expected. The tiles were extremely carefully wrapped and all were in perfect shape. I would also like to add that I asked if there were some way we could indicate our great experience to other - it was in no way solicited. As I said, we couldn't be happier with our experience dealing with Mottles Murals! It's a shame more businesses out there just can't be as dedicated and forthright as I found Mottles Murals Ceramic Tiles to be. Deb offered so much help on my project, executed my order so quickly, and even followed up months later after the project was complete. OMG what a nice family owned professional business. The project was to inlay a mural of tiles representing a wine theme into a vertical grained Douglas Fir wood panel. This was incorporated into the wine storage unit all part of a wine bar/tavern I was creating in my cabin in Mill Valley California in the redwoods. It came out better than great and it wouldn't have without Mottles Tiles contribution. This mural came be seen on their web site. I hope it inspires others to use their fine ceramic products. Having searched world wide for suitable kitchen tiles, we were very taken by the clarity, brightness and subject matter of Mottles Mural tiles. The fact that they are kiln fired also appealed as this makes them more resistant to fading. We bough about a dozent 6" accent tiles for the shower in a new bathroom. I can't say enough about the great customer service. I was walked through the entire process through phone calls and emails with pictures. Because we were mixing tiles from two different collections, I depended on Mrs. Mottles to judge which collections matched each other best. I was extremely happy with her expert input. The newly fired custom tiles were delivered exactly one week from ordering. They were each hand wrapped and packed. Every tile was perfect on arrival. On unwrapping, I was stunned at the quality and brilliance of color. I knew they would be great, but the tiles greatly exceeded my expectations! The grout is drying as I write this review, and I couldn't be happier with the finished shower! You can trust Mottle's Murals to deliver a beautiful product, and the customer service is the best. Now I can't wait to have the kitchen backsplash tiled!
