“We hired Vlada to renovate a 1070's bathroom with worn vanity and PINK tile in one of our single family rental houses. The agreement was for him to do all demolition and replace the flooring and walls. In addition, he was to convert a useless hall closet into a useful series of shelves in the new bathroom. The results were spectacular--so much so that we hired him to renovate a second bathroom and to enclose a window and reconstruct part of a wall in another rental house. We then asked him to "spruce up" a third bathroom in a third house and could not believe our eyes when we saw what he accomplished with only a bit of drywall compound, caulking, and paint! It was hard to believe it was the same bathroom. We fear we might working against our best interests in writing this review because we intend to hire Vlada for all future real estate improvements and hope he'll not become so busy he won't have time for all the work we have in our single family rental home business. We are NEW AGAIN HOMES with a BBB rating of A+ which means we can't afford to write exaggerated reviews that would damage our own reputation. you can trust our word when we say Vlada will be the "go to" person for us for so long as we have renovation projects to be done. Our own home will be the next venue on the list of projects for which we intend to hire Vlada. And by the way, he's an exceptionally nice person with quite reasonable rates! He's fast, which is extremely important in our business, and he's also 100% dependable. He comes up with creative solutions to "sticky" problems and turns eyesores into items of beauty! “After 50 years and many house remodeling experiences, Brandon Scherling is without doubt the best I have ever had. He listens to what you want, makes as many (or as few) suggestions as you want, pays attention to costs and is personally engaging. Best of all, he comes every day, on time, and if he can't make it, he calls to let you know why. He generally prefers to work 6 hours per day: 9 to 3 or 4, but in that time he gets as much done as most contractors in 8 or more. His subcontractors all have worked with him for some time and all work together well. Most important, they do a great job, paying attention to the small details and the large ones. I recommend him without question. Our project was a total kitchen remodel, including floor, walls, electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, demolition of old kitchen. Price was reasonable: not the lowest, but also not the highest. He did not start the project until all supplies were available and on site, so once begun, he worked continuously until finishing 6 weeks later.”

“attic+earth HOME has worked with me on 5 custom projects for my house thus far ( a small table, a serving tray, a towel rack, a king size headboard/footboard, and a barn door). Ron's quality and professionalism has always been top-notch. Very easy to work with and quick turnaround time for being a custom wood craftsman. The barn door project we did together really brought an incredible final touch to a master bathroom renovation that I did back in the spring of 2019. They have become my "go-to" designers and builders. I highly recommend working with attic+earth Home if you are looking for quality rustic / shabby sheek projects and decor!”

“The Best Company!!! I've done many different projects with Alex within last 15 years. He painted my house inside and outside, refinished the hardwood floors of the entire house, finished many plumbing, electrical and carpentry projects, remodeled my bathroom, installed Jacuzzi tub, installed de-icing cables on my roof, made vents from the kitchen and bathroom through the roof, moved ducts to another location, installed motion sensors in our bathroom, replaced garage door opener, etc. You name it - he did it. My Bathroom is the work of art! You can see the dolphin he designed for me and curved from black granite and white marble on his web site. He even made dolphin eye winking when I enter the bathroom by putting a little light in the dolphin eye. Within all those 15 years I never even tried to call anybody else. If I need to clean gutters, or to replace faucet or dishwasher; or to install micro-hood - Alex is there for me. He is a wonderful person and easy to talk to about anything. He knows a lot about construction and does all his work according to national specifications which are always in his truck and ready to be shown to customers at their request. He never does any shortcuts in his work and whatever he does it lasts forever. His business card is always on my fridge and if I have emergency I can call his number at any time. He is reliable contractor and the only contractor for me.”

“We recently had our kitchen and dining room remodeled and purchased our products from Rusco Design Center. We are thrilled beyond words with the new look in our home. For quite some time we talked about remodeling and having a "dream" kitchen. Chris Bryson at Rusco Deign Center made our dream a reality. We received estimates from other companies that were way out of line. Chris was aware of what we wanted to spend and he saw to it that we stayed within our limits. He walked us through every nook and cranny of the process and showed us all alternatives without pushing us into something more costly. His patience, knowledge and expertise about his products is amazing. We depended on Chris's advice and guidance and he did not disappoint us. He was with us from the beginning of the project until the end. Our friends and family are amazed at the transformation that has taken place. We are pleased beyond words. We will go back to Rusco Design Center over and over again for any future needs. We highly recommend this company.”

“I enjoyed working with Huges for a number of reasons. They took the time to look at the space, listen to my concerns and ideas, and then help refine them to address what my vision of the space could be. An example would be in remodeling the kitchen we did not have a dishwasher but with a review of the space we were able to add the dishwasher and include a new drawer unit as well. The workers also addressed some small details that were not even discussed originally - they made our mover the range microwave look built. They also corrected a problem with a new cabinet that was installed that backed up to an existing cabinet (you could see the back of the new cabinet and open space that caused an awkward drop. They looked at the problem and solved it without any problem, complaint, or extra cost. We were able to stay within our budget. The end result of the whole kitchen remodel gave us what we wanted and opened up a small kitchen. We liked them so well that they are going to be working on our next project – our bathroom. We are just wrapping up the details and are looking forward to a completely new bathroom.”

“Sam Pontera at Jac's kitchen is remarkable. His knowledge, attention to detail, planning and understanding of the appropriate utilization of space in a home make relying on his expertise a real pleasure when you see the result! Sam reconstructed a very challenging, large custom vanity that my wife found on Houzz to the "T" and actually improved upon the design in the process. it involved a total of 10 separate mirrors and 10 speparte cabinetsa that all came together perfectly. The finished product was a real work of art!”
