"On time, under budget." Our project included a gut rehab of two bathrooms and a kitchen in a 93-year-old home. We wanted to work with the spaces as they were, not moving walls/widows/doors but we had an extensive "wish list". Almost everything on that list is here! John and his crew were reliable, courteous and respectful of us and our home. Our job included a big, messy demolition and everything was cleaned up every day. We highly recommend John and his staff. Having had the opportunity to watch as the project evolved and coming to appreciate the amount of work and expertise it took, we believe it was totally worth the cost and are delighted with the results.

John Fricke and his staff were excellent to work with throughout our entire renovation. They did a great job in outlining the project, understanding our concerns and guiding us through the decisions we needed to make. The crew could not have been nicer to work with and were very detailed oriented in their finished product. They showed great respect to us and our home throughout the 3+ month project. We are thoroughly pleased with the end result, which exceeded our expectations.

John had previously done some smaller jobs in our home. This time, he worked on a remodel of our kitchen, laundry room and powder room plus took care of multiple other items we wanted to update in our home. I can't say enough good things about John and his employees. The project was finished on time. The guys cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with their work. They arrived each day on time and were a pleasure to have here. They even put up with our inquisitive dog! We love the work they did and would hire them again. John is a perfectionist and the only person we would want to work on any future projects. I'd give them 6 stars if it were possible.

We are very happy with our laundry room remodel. John and his staff are professional, friendly, patient, respectful and reliable. They clearly were interested in making sure I was completely satisfield every step of the way. I am so impressed with how they cleaned up at the end of each day and the care they took throughout the whole project.

I am so pleased with the work Fricke and his guys did on our house. We purchased our first home and wanted some updates. They ended up finding a lot of problems that the previous owner created and was able to fix them ASAP. I was most impressed with the professionalism of the service. They are on time and come when they say they will. Very knowledgeable, reliable and easy to reach. Showed up when they said they would. Didn't smoke. Respectful of my house. Receptive to questions. Came up with solutions when problems arose.

Job - total master bathroom upgrade. Got quotes from 3 companies. Selected Fricke & Company by professional; personality and had own employees. Good employees, easy to work with. My house was very clean at the end of each work day. When a problem arose, it was taken care of very quickly. Before this job was finished we hired they to update a tub area in another bathroom. Would highly recommend this company. Glad I found them.

We hired Fricke and Company and highly recommend them for any remodeling project. Fricke and Company had previously renovated our 2 bathrooms and did an outstanding job. We decided to go with them again to remodel our kitchen. John and his team are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and punctual. From start to finish, the team demonstrated excellent skills and quality of work. Our outdated kitchen was transformed into a beautiful and functional kitchen. Communication of project timelines, goals, and status updates were met. Renovation was completed within the estimated budget initially presented to us. The team offered great suggestions on design features that we would have never thought of, as well as ideas on how to maximize storage and organization, enhance lighting, and maintain good flow in the kitchen. We absolutely love spending time in this new space, entertaining family and friends. We are glad we chose Fricke and Company.

This is the second time we've used John & Co and we are very satisfied .... AGAIN! John's guys (Brian & team) did excellent work and kept everything clean and neat every day. We'll use them again!!

John Fricke and his staff are the best contractors I have ever used. Professional, timely, polite and their clean up routine is stellar! Quality is superb.

John Fricke took our 25 yr old screened-in porch and changed it to a 3 season room. He brought us samples and gave us ideas that we would not have known about on our own. He was polite and punctual and when his crew joined him on the actual construction, they too were delightful and considerate of our life, our dog and us. John gave us creative ideas and the room became more than we ever imagined. The beaded board ceiling is beautiful and the wainscot molding under the windows truly adds a new dimension to the room. We would work with John again and would highly recommended his company.

We purchased a 1960's ranch home that needed updating. We interviewed four contractors and knew right away that John Fricke was the one we wanted to work with. He pointed out details on the first viewing of the house that the others never even addressed. He had us work with an architect and a kitchen designer who addressed every detail before we got started. We even added personal changes and touches along the way that were easily incorporated into the renovation without any complaints or resistance. I had heard nightmare stories about renovations. Ours was fun, exciting, and professional and beautifully done. John Fricke and Company are the best!!
