Austin-Morgan Closets

We can't say enough good things about Cliff and his team from Austin-Morgan closets. We first spoke to Cliff at the Phoenix Home Show, and his company wasn't even on our list of Closet Organizers we were planning on meeting with that day. We were sure glad we did! Cliff was the only company who provided a 3D drawing of our closet based on what are needs were. Additionally, Cliff included many items that other companies charged extra for. There were no surprises, and no up-selling. Cliff completed the closet on time as promised, for the price we had agreed to. And, the closet was installed in one day. PLEASE, look no further than Austin-Morgan Closets if you are considering an upgrade to your existing closet. This company is unbelievable, and they are locally owned and operated. I hired Cliff to build an entertainment center with a bench. His work is impeccable and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him. He was professional and was on time.

We were looking for a way to convert a 3rd bedroom into a usable home office, while keeping a guest bedroom AND making room for an elliptical. We met Cliff and Gina at the Maricopa Home Show and made an appointment for a consultation the following week. They were quick to accommodate a reschedule on our part, and Cliff was full of ideas on how to best utilize the small space without changing the room so significantly that it would no longer have closet space for a bedroom. We discussed several concepts and colors and he left to design options based on the room and closet dimensions. He provided us with a detailed diagram within a week, and we were very excited about the design, which included a desk integrated into the closet and a Murphy bed and nightstand for our guests. We have a 3 sliding door closet and he suggested removing one of the doors, reconfiguring the bars for hangers and adding a desktop, shelves, drawers and a cabinet. By removing one of the doors, we have full access to the desk, and when not being used as a desk we can move (close) one of the doors and it looks like a closet with built-in dresser drawers and a cabinet. Both Cliff and Gina were extremely helpful in offering suggestions on color and design that were consistent with our house, and Cliff was super responsive to all of our questions, of which we had many. Some of the components for the Murphy bed were delivered in the wrong color, but Cliff still came out to install the desk, making this a longer job than he had anticipated. The quality of his work and his attention to detail were impressive, and he even spackled over some rough patches that we did ourselves. Cliff is a perfectionist and was determined to make everything look great. We could not be happier with our finished project and will use him again and would not hesitate to recommend Austin-Morgan Closets design and installation services. Cliff made a post installation visit to show us how the Murphy bed locks and unlocks.

Cliff did a great job! His attention to detail was beyond what we would have ever expected. He also communicates well, which was nice, not all contractors are able to do that.

Our home has a small kitchen pantry with awkwardly deep and dark shelves where it was easy for supplies to get "lost". This ended up with duplicate and/or outdated items and lots of waste. Cliff and Gina totally redesigned my pantry and now it is bright and light and I can easily find foodstuffs on the properly sized shelves and pull out drawers. But best of all is the "Lazy Lee". It's a ginormous lazy susan 7 1/2 feet tall with an amazing configuration of shelves and the deepest and darkest part of the pantry is now transformed. I am absolutely infatuated with my new pantry and no one stops by the house without getting a tour! The folks at Austin-Morgan Closets were immensely professional, always on time, detailed-oriented, and quick to provide answers to all my questions. Their pantry design was the most innovative of any I received and pricing very reasonable. I am so happy with my new pantry, although my husband says: "Now you'll never move!"

Cliff is great his team is always prompt and makes sure that everything is done right. Since we build spec homes are client are always excited about the upgrade from builder grade to adjustable shelving that meets their needs perfectly! Keep up the good work and great customer service!!!

We have a large walk in closet we needed to completely renovate and went through the design process with two internet firms and Austin-Morgan. The design results provided by Austin-Morgan were much better than either of the other two firms and showed a real attention to detail. They came to the house and measured and carefully discussed what we wanted to accomplish. The installed price from Austin-Morgan was about the same as the materials only price from the other two companies and the Austin-Morgan price included installation. They completed the installation right on schedule and were both efficient and easy to work with. The final results exceeded our expectation and we enjoy the new look and organization every time we use the closet. Great job Austin-Morgan!

Austin-Morgan designed and installed a large closet and our laundry area in our Fountain Hills home. The design was innovative; maximized the use of space; and was everything we asked for (and more). Cliff was very professional and easy to work with. The materials were of a very high quality and the cost was very reasonable: a fraction of the cost charged by the high profile national firms.

Cliff was great did a very professional and very clean job installing my floating media center , he even installed my new 75 inch TV on the wall for me how awesome is that. I even hired him to customize my closet in my workout room. I highly recommend this company!!

My project was a Home Office/Bdrm for our casita. We met with the name brand closet companies and obviously with Austin-Morgan. Austin-Morgan had much better design ideas ....the quality and look of the material was better...AND for less cost then their competition. Cliff and Gina are great to work with.

It is always challenging in todays market to find a company that delivers on time and on budget. Cliff and Gina at Austin Morgan Closets did exactly that! There key design suggestions an knowledge about their product was outstanding. They were seamless to work with and amazing in responsiveness. After using one of the more common closet designers on an earlier project, I wish I had found Austin Morgan closets much sooner.
