MLM did a great job on my renovation, which included a complete renovation of our kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as other modifications. They were very cognizant of the look that my architect and I were trying to achieve, and worked very expeditiously to keep the project on schedule ( I gave them the deadline of wrapping up before Christmas of 2025). Their communication is terrific and our on-site project manager was especially great. Highly recommend.

Communications with MLM were above and beyond. Discussions were professional, friendly, and productive. Once the project began written daily reports with photos were produced to document the work each day. The Team was collaborative during the entire process. Lindsay was fantastic guiding us through the design process. She was knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to offer suggestions about things we may not have thought about. Her expertise laid the foundation for our project and got it off on the right foot from the beginning. Macchi and our project manager, Matthew, continued that collaboration through the demolition and build stages right through to the final punch list. They were all very open to our questions and suggestions along the way. If our ideas were different on anything, they listened to us and, if needed, offered options until we came to a mutually agreeable solution on the matter. The trades people were skilled and produced high-quality outcomes. In particular, the carpenters, painters, and tilers did superb work. MLM and its representatives were on time for appointments. Deliveries were on time and the completion of work stayed on schedule throughout the 6-month project which can be rare in construction. Just as important, the project came in on-budget. Don’t get me wrong, there were items my husband and I changed/upgraded along the way but those were priced, documented, and agreed to prior being implemented. We knew up front exactly what the change was going to cost and how long it would take. As far as pricing goes, MLM wasn’t the most expensive firm we talked to, but they weren’t the least expensive either. We are firm believers that you get what you pay for, and we definitely got our money’s worth with this team. We are so happy with our new addition. It’s the primary suite and laundry room we dreamed about and with MLM’s partnership it’s now a reality.

MLM was so quick to respond to all of our disaster recovery needs. I’ve never dealt with a contractor that did such quality work with such cleanliness and attention to detail. We were very lucky to have MLM make our home whole again with very little worry and in a timely manner.

The work that MLM Construction did for a family member was absolutely superb. They completed the job on time and the quality of work was top notch. My spouse and I bought a renovated shotgun home from MLM. I was deployed at the time and couldn't see it in person, but the photos looked great so we took the risk. Needless to say, I came home to a beautifully remodeled house at a fair price. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is very noticeable in our home. MLM was a really good company to work with. They were responsive when I called to get someone to take a look at the project I needed fixed (hurricane damage to my home) and they were professional, always getting back to me in a timely manner, and were always friendly. They went above and beyond with fixing the wrought iron fence, and I was really appreciative of what they did. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future.

It has been a pleasure working with Machi. Through multiple collaborations, Machi and his team have shown professionalism, expertise, and clear communication. Machi has an attentiveness to detail that is always impressive and this means a well-built project. He also has an amazing knowledge of best practices. We were very hesitant to select a contractor to renovate our home in Metairie, since we did not have a pleasant experience building our home in 2014. We interviewed over 7 contractors, and when we met Machi, we just knew that MLM was the one we had to hire. They really understood what we wanted and kept our budget in mind. They communicated so well throughout the whole process through their app and through our project manager, Katherine. Katherine really took the time to listen to what we wanted and tried to find the best solutions for our project. She checked in daily and answered every call/text we sent. The whole team at MLM and their amazing subcontractors made this very stressful renovation so effortless for us. Even though our project was smaller than most, we still felt like they cared about each step and took their time to complete everything accurately and did not cut corners. They worked very quickly and efficiently and they were even finished our project ahead of schedule… which we know is very rare in the construction industry! We would recommend MLM to anyone looking to renovate their home and will 100% use them again in the future.

I can't express how thankful I am for Machi at MLM, Inc. From day 1, he was responsive to my questions, texts, and calls. He'd offer valuable feedback as necessary and it was extremely obvious from the beginning that his first concern was that of the customer. We basically updated our entire home but 70% of the work was done in the kitchen, master bath and then adding a bathroom. I would, and already have, recommend MLM for anyone considering a project involving their home. I only hope I get to work with them again at some point in the future!
