Briana has been great from the start with the design selections, placing the orders, and supporting installation by getting any additional items needed right away!

I built a new 2700 square foot house beginning in the middle of 2015 with the completion in 2016. My choice for lighting fixtures throughout the house project was to go to Bend Lighting and I worked with Briana. Lots of lights on display as well as numerous catalogs to browse thru. I often took Briana's suggestions for fixtures adding items to my purchase order. The total cost for the house was very near my budget and I am extremely pleased with all of the lights and fans we selected, perfect for my new home. I had an issue with my HOA and the exterior lights and Briana came up with an alternate selection that was approved. There was also an issue with the fan mounted in the vaulted ceiling in my living room. The electrician came out an additional three times, the fan company sent replacement parts and still the fan would not work properly. Briana decided we should just return the fan back to the company and order something completely different from another fan company. She also felt the electrician should be reimbursed for the additional time he spent working on the fan. Briana successfully made a claim and the fan company did reimburse the electrician only because of her persistence in doing right for the electrician. I personally find Briana a charming and lovely young lady who has lots of knowledge about the lighting business. (Her family owns the company) If I should ever have need of additional lighting I would definitely go back to Bend Lighting, work with Briana and I would not hesitate to recommend the business to others. All the staff in the company are very pleasant and helpful in anyway needed.

I have worked with Bend Lighting for a number of years and always find them to be extremely efficient and knowledgeable in all aspects of their business. Recently I had the pleasure of working with Brianna Guiyatt on a residential project. I found her to be very professional and qualified to help me with my lighting needs. She was very reliable and expedited getting information to me to help complete my project. I am confidant that she will continue to grow in her knowledge and would gladly continue to have her assist me in future lighting needs.

We are remodeling a home " long-distance". We had stopped in the store to look at there lighting because we wanted that "Bend" look. The staff, especially Briana, was very helpful, making color copies for us to take home. They even invited our dogs in! I emailed her often to get prices. She was very helpful. The prices are competitive plus you get a personalized experience that is not found in the big box stores.

Briana was super helpful when we were choosing lighting fixtures for a new home! She shared photos by email, answered many questions by phone and offered to spend time in her showroom going through many books. Briana is very gracious with her time and expertise! We haven't made our final decisions but are so grateful for her help.
