I was really impressed with not only Janet, but everyone in her office. The interactions with Janet and her team always made me feel like they were giving me their entire attention, and we were able to quickly build a rapport that I think is important for such a personal matter. The questions they asked, the feedback they gave, and the answers they provided steered us toward a fantastic solution. I had never been through the process with an architect before, but I can't imagine it going any better. Thanks, Janet!

Janet Hobbs and her team have creativity that is magical. She listens to clients and fulfills their wishes while utilizing the best of all space. Our house plans were outstanding, but we did not realize their brilliance until construction was under way. Not surprising, we have had numerous inquiries about our architect. Hobbs Ink is a delight to work with and we are thrilled with the results.

Our company was recently awarded a custom build project that Hobbs' Ink helped design, and I had the honor of working with Janet during the bid and permitting process. Janet and staff are a hard working group and were always attentive and quick to respond. I know that they extend the same customer service to their clients, in addition to excellent design and detail. As we continue the construction phase on this project, we look forward to executing their design vision and turn their plans into a beautiful custom home.

We are just finishing up construction of our home designed by Janet and her team. It is everything we dreamed of and more. I told her what we wanted and its like she and her team pulled the idea out of my mind and put it on paper. It is exactly what I envisioned. She was very budget conscious as well. The design of her homes are unlike any I have seen. You can look at a Hobbs' Ink home design and know it is a Hobbs' ink design. Their attention to detail is second to none. I doubt I will ever sell this home, but if I do, Hobbs' Ink will be doing my next one. I highly encourage anyone wanting to build (any size home), give them a call and get your actual "dream home".

Working with Janet Hobbs and her Staff was a joy! They took the plans to our dream “Forever” home and improved it 10-fold. Their knowledge of ADA requirements, their professionalism and quick response to emails and phone calls is incomparable! I highly recommend them for your next build. We hired Janet to design our new Home and she did an outstanding job. She listened to what we wanted and even incorporated some challenging design elements. She helped us to come up with a plan that was different than what a lot of others were doing and something we consistently receive compliments on. As a Designer, she is very skilled and easy to work with. It was obvious when we looked at the first draft, that she was right on target and had included what we had asked for. Her final design incorporated all of the electrical, plumbing, interior and exterior elevations. The details of her plan even included cabinetry, which further simplified the process with that vendor. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in designing their own Home.
