This company must be out of business. I have been attempting to contact them for over 30 days to resolve a warranty claim with two water bowls but get no response. The water bowls only have a thin plaster coating over a very rough concrete core. After less than 3 years the plaster has spalled off the core. Their website states a 5-year warranty. The spalling requires immediate remediation but these bowls are not easy to uninstall and replace so I've had to solve myself. Huge headache. No response. Big frustration. A warning to potential customers for this producdt.
