The team at Timberline Patio Covers and Rock Electric helped to transform our backyard patio into a beautiful outdoor entertainment and living space. It started with a very thorough review of our architectural plans with the sales engineer (Skylar Owen) who guided us on the various aspects of their construction process. This included looking at other client projects which convinced me the company was qualified and competent. Once engaged, their professionalism really kicked into gear! Starting with the consistent communications I received on our project from Jesica (Jet) Garcia (Customer Care Manager) to the onsite project manager (Kyle Bannister). Their onsite foreman (Lucas Cook) took tremendous interest in every aspect of the construction process. Lucas’s enthusiasm for making our pavilion come to life was real and very much appreciated! On the Rock Electric side, their team came through by really listening to what we wanted to accomplish, both functionally and esthetically. Aaron Motter (Lead Journeyman) went out of his way to help review and implement a custom electrical and lighting program for our project. Brad Wood and Chris Hale (On site Foreman) executed the electrical plan with top notch professionalism. The end result is a beautiful and comfortable outdoor pavilion we look forward to entertaining our friends and family for many years to come!

My family had a wonderful experience with the Timberline crew from the start to finish of the job. Special shoutout to Kyle, Josh, David, lucas, cole, Jeff, Jet Who did a flawless job on-site. Our patio has been such an enjoyable addition to our home and family!

Timberline Review We had an amazing experience working with Timberline Patios. They designed a 500sqft addition to our already existing covered patio and it is simply amazing. We first met with Skylar who was extremely knowledgeable about the design process as well as offering his take on different styles and what would work for our area. We are still working with him on completing the outdoor kitchen to go with our new patio! After the deigns were submitted to the city, we met with Mario who came to our house almost weekly to walk the project and ensure it was up to our standards, which it always was! Something I really appreciated about Mario was his opinion regarding the concrete pad which Timberline doesn’t do. He referred us to Casey who did an awesome job with our stamped concrete. They then worked together to make sure the concrete and patio were both up to our standards. Jake and Eli were the primary builders for our project with Kyle coming in for the last week or so. I could not recommend Jake and Eli more. They worked so fast and hard to get this project done before our newborn arrived while still maintaining their high standards. They were very communicative about their progress. I really appreciated how clean they were too, especially with a toddler that liked to wander the construction area. Kyle was great when he came in to finish the post wraps and trim work. His attention to detail was suburb. I would recommend Timberline to anyone looking to build or expand an outdoor living area. They are top notch and I can’t wait to continue to work with them through our kitchen design and build!

Kyle Bannister and team did a phenomenal job on our backyard project. Initially, we had commissioned Timberline to build a large outdoor structure but ended up adding on an outdoor bathroom/shower and storage room. The team was organized, and project managed the whole thing transparently. We loved the regular updates on BuilderTrend, the online project management tool that they use. They were always pleasant and courteous on site and responsive to any questions we had. The quality was excellent and there was no nickeling and diming for things we were not happy with. I would recommend Timberline in a heartbeat. Thank you for building a place that we will be forming memories in for years (if not decades)!

Unfortunately the lack of professionalism, level of customer obsession, lax attention to detail, lack of communication (proactive and follow ups), and unwillingness to take accountability for decisions and mistakes are what's leading to this poor review. There are multiple examples which are too numerous to fill this review form. If asked if I would recommend and/or use them again the answer would be an unequivocal "no."

After meeting with Struxure and another contractor we came across Timberline online. We are so grateful for all their work and willingness to come to Olympia which is normally outside their vicinity. Previous home projects have always been so stressful so we were reluctant to take on our biggest project yet given pandemic-related delays and costs. Interestingly enough the cost to build with Timberline is actually cheaper than what it would have been with Struxure AND we have more of a guarantee against roof leaks. From our initial zoom meeting with Robert the sales manager to the final inspection the process has been almost too good to be true. We love the Buildertrend app because every single correspondence is documented in addition to everything else related to the project including invoices and a calendar schedule. They are an extremely organized and professional company who value customer service. They promptly respond to all phone calls/emails. Special shout-out to Shaun and Eli for building us a patio cover more beautiful than we could have imagined during the hottest part of the summer! Also Seth and Don from Rock Electric installed our ceiling fan, infrared heaters, and all lighting and did a nice job despite some delays. In addition Brett and Tony have been generous with their time providing info on where to obtain privacy/weather screens (this was after final inspection). The only thing the company did not manage was painting the patio cover (required or warranty is voided) because we are outside of their vicinity (but they did provide one recommendation). We give the highest recommendation to Timberline because they deserve it.

The Timberline team were by far the easiest and most professional contractor I’ve ever worked with. Took 3 months to complete my build including and outdoor stone fireplace, kitchen and ceiling heaters. Their subs are all first class (masons, electricians and gas). Countless times they asked how do you want this?….it’s your home we want you to love it! Highly recommended to anyone looking for an outdoor structure

I want to start out saying, this is not a paid review. I rarely take the time to leave reviews since there are so many fake ones out there, but Timberline deserves this review because they were beyond stellar. From the start of the project, the team was incredibly punctual, professional, and courteous. They constantly took extra time to ensure that our property was protected and that our new deck (which they were installing a patio cover over) would not be damaged. The PM (Brett) was fantastic at communicating things through the entire process. He consistently checked in through the entire build, and was on site several times for quality assurance. The two guys who actually did the work (Mario and Kyle) were incredible, and i don't say that lightly. Both of them constantly took the extra time to ensure that everything was absolutely perfect. At one point I was talking with them about their work ethic and how much I appreciated what they were doing, and they both said that every time they build one of these, they try to make it better than the last time. There were several times they would do something, then take a step back and look at it, then go back and make a small change, and do it again until they felt that it was perfect. That is the type of group I want working on my home. They also have their own electricians (Rock Electric) and painters that they work with consistently, so the hand-offs as the project progressed were completely seamless. We have seen a project like this with several people in our community, take months and drag on forever because of delays, botched hand-offs, scheduling mistakes, etc. Our schedule was given to us up front and they hit (or exceeded) every single date and completed exactly when they said they would. Let me tell you, that alone is worth using Timberline.... Their app (BuilderTrend) was updated daily with progress, notes, pictures and any comments they had from the day. Every day they cleaned up their equipment and left the job site in a great state. We cannot recommend Timberline more. We have already shared their information with the entire Snoqualmie community through social media, so get going on booking these guys because otherwise you just might miss out on the absolute best there is.

Timberline built our deck roof. They did a great job. Kyle and his crew were awesome. They paid attention to every detail and assisted us with many changes to create exactly what we wanted. Thanks for everything Shawn and Jeanie

Timberline Patio Covers did an excellent job with our patio cover / covered deck project. The quality of work is very good. From the first design meeting, to preconstruction, to each step of construction things moved on schedule and with our work site being left clean every day. Great communications daily through buildetrend app and our project manager was prompt in answering questions or issues we had. I can't recommend them enough. All facets of the job were done well and professionally. They worked with an existing deck and concrete paver patio and retaining wall, and it all looks like one design. From the construction crew to electricians and painter everyone observed Covid-19 protocols, and our family felt safe including when they needed access inside our house for electrical work. We love the final product! Also tip of future customers...we opted for the electric heaters and they are absolutely fantastic here in the NW...definitely worth the added cost.

Timberline did a great job adding a Patio Cover to our home. From our first preconstruction meeting they instilled confidence that it would be done right, and they did. Ryan the lead contractor built our addition with the same attention to detail and craftmanship that he would have used in building one at his own home, including doing items that weren't in the spec, but were needed to do the job perfectly. Brett Kunnari, the Project Manager was outstanding in keeping the project on schedule and keeping us informed. He also went above and beyond to ensure our project was done right, on time and on budget. In my world, that is the highest recommendation I can offer.

Timberline Patio Covers did a great job for us. Their work was excellent, construction disruptions minimal, and they left the work area cleaned up and tidy - every day! Responses to any concerns or questions was timely, even while they were shutdown during the pandemic. A pleasure to do business with.

We found this company at the Seattle home show last February. The project began on July 17, 2017. We hired them to do a tile deck with a glass railing and a glass roof over part of the deck. There were many delays and mistakes and there are still leaks in our roof so the project is not complete.

Timberline Patio homes installed a covered deck on my house and finished it a couple of months ago. Everyone from the beginning of the project until the end did a fantastic job. Our project manager Tony was so great to work with. He responded to me immediately on every question and concern we had and made sure things were done to our satisfaction. The overall project went extremely smooth and the finished project is beautiful. The quality of workmanship will definitely last for many years to come. If you want the job done right give these guys a call.

I hired Timberline to both fix work that another contractor had done incompletely, and add some additional finishing touches also. They were Prompt, trustworthy, informative, and helpful. Really pleased with their work, and would hire them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!
