Great experience. I had a couple questions and they reached out to me. I followed the measurement instructions and they fit absolutely perfect into the drawers. Super easy to customize each drawer exactly how I wanted it. This is a very well designed and built product.

As with all things bought on the internet, you never know until it is delivered. I placed a $500 order. When it came I was shocked by the quality and the "fit and finish". On 3/16/2017 I ordered 1 European Beech hardwood silverware drawer insert, not expecting much ... oh my goodness, it was so well made, so amazing I immediately ordered 2 Wide Utensil Organizers. These look so beautiful & add real function to my kitchen drawers! I also bought 2 more items & I can't wait to receive them. A drawer insert with 2 Cutlery Storage Blocks and 2 blocks for steak knives ... plus a Solo Roll-out Kit for all those platters, cookie sheets & muffin pans. I absolutely love my drawer organizers from Drawer Essentials! They are very well made and worlds apart from my previous plastic inserts. My favorite feature is the knife block. I would recommend this product to anybody.

We are renovating our kitchen and we were not happy with the layout of the dividers they offered for a cutlery drawer, and they wanted $200 to make custom dividers. Initial Google searches for other options yielded dividers that could be trimmed down, lucite versions that were not a good design match, and rather expensive but clunky looking custom adjustable sets. I kept searching and eventually found Drawer Essentials. While slightly lighter in color it is a good match for our maple drawer interiors. The scallops are a nice touch and the bottom raises the utensils up in what otherwise might seem like a rather deep drawer. They did nice job of allowing room for the hardware screws while maintaining a perfect fit. And they even flipped the design side to side as requested.

These inserts have made a huge difference in my kitchen. Ordering was easy and customer service was fantastic. It's a High quality product that I will be ordering more of. I can't imagine not having these in my kitchen drawers. It looks like they were built right in!
