We hired Knipp Contracting to complete a bathroom remodel for us and were really glad we chose them. Doug and Roby were both knowledgeable and very easy to work with. They both went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with both the process and the outcome of this project. The sub-contractors they provided were all skilled and efficient and they left our home neat and clean at the end of each day. All in all, they provided quality workmanship and attention to detail. We would definitely hire them again.

We needed to have flooring in three rooms replaced. The principal reason was unevenness in the floor of the master bedroom. Knipp brought in a flooring crew who took care of the problem--and it was pretty severe one. Leveled the floors. Then laid the laminate. Turned out beautifully with a great product being installed. Great care and attention to detail was paid by the guys laying the floor and Knipp. Oversight was great and everyone went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the result. Also had a bottom seal replaced on a garage door that rests on an uneven slab--dips in the middle. The seal is taller/thicker than normal size. Knipp offered that as one way to address the problem. Also offered the alternative of cutting and replacing the slab. The seal saved us the expense and mess for now having to cut out the slab and replace it to level it. A good, inexpensive alternative for the present. We are very pleased with the results of our two projects.

Great job done to install a new vent evacuation through the roof in order to replace old one coming inside the kitchen. Nice work preparation to prevent any damage and proper cleaning.
