Mr. Roadcap is a highly talented and creative design architect who has exceeded expectations on our past and current projects. He is an outstanding communicator and worked great with members of our company team and project consultants. He is respectful of project cost parameters and delivers the project within budget while charging reasonable fees for his work. He has designed buildings from small residences to large industrial ones utilizing the most current software communication and drawing tools. I look forward to working with Roadcap Architecture on future projects.

Bruce designed an addition and new garage for our 100 year old bungalow. He was a great listener to what we wanted but also provided a vision that we could not have seen on our own. He masterfully designed a modern space while maintaining the integrity of the old. He also provided advice on contractors and was extremely responsive. We are very pleased with the results and receive very positive reactions when folks see our addition. From the outside, it looks original to the home but has a real wow factor on the inside. The garage is also a statement piece! We have several buyers if we want to sell. Which we don't!

We have worked with Bruce Roadcap Architecture on two large projects. He has incredible attention to detail. His design aesthetic was very clean, honest, modern where needed, and respectful of the history of our particular house. He was involved through-out the design phase, and stayed involved until the completion of the project. Bruce took a lot of time with us to prepare very thorough plans, allowing us to get accurate bids from contractors. We were so happy with the first project, we are using him again for our current project.

We have worked with Bruce Roadcap on one complete project. Our first project was a complete remodel of an original 1920's bungalow. Mechanical, lighting, new kitchen, master bed, bath and closet. I chose Bruce Roadcap to help me create a ground floor master bed/bath addition that would blend seamlessly with my 1920's home. My wife and I owned a small two bedroom, one bath bugalow in the historic Heights neighborhood in Houston, Texas. When we decided we wanted to renovate the house to meet our specific needs, we wanted to find an architect that we felt comfortable working with, would be open to incorporating our ideas, and would be cognizant of preserving the historic features of the neighborhood. Bruce Roadcap met all this criteria and much more. Bruce was patient and guided us through the design process. He never pushed his ideas on us, but instead presented us with options to consider. I think Bruce's best quality is his ability to tune in to his clients tastes and needs. As a result, we worked together to come up with a wonderful design, which was documented in a professional, complete and thorough set of construction documents. But most importantly, Bruce supported us throughout the entire construction process, and beyond. His professional knowledge of the construction process, and ability to deal with contractors helped immensely. He made himself available to us at any time to offer his support and advice. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Bruce, and we are grateful to him for helping us build our dream home.
