They always responded quickly, kept us informed, listened to our needs, and answered our questions. They worked with us on any changes we wanted to make along the way. They meticulously managed every aspect of the project ensuring that everything was done to the highest standards and completed on time. All costs were clearly stated and explained and there were no surprises. They completed the project on time and in budget. We highly recommend the talented team (Dusko, Dusanka, and Daniel) at Lux Custom Cabinetry! First of all, don't let the name fool you - they are experts in whole house builds/remodels, not just cabinetry. We just completed a 4-month remodel of a 23-year-old home in the PebbleCreek community in Goodyear, and we are extremely happy with the results. They helped us bring our ideas to life, always listening to what we wanted while making expert recommendations and bringing together the right people to make it all happen. All the materials purchased were the highest quality, and all the on-site contractors were the best in their field. Dusko was always on site, either preparing the work site for his contractors, supervising, and/or working alongside them. What we loved most was his amazing attitude...always happy and positive. Every job was going to be done right, no matter what, and he made it happen. Dusanka was so wonderful in helping us with the never-ending list of interior design decisions. She knew the right vendors/businesses to find what we needed and accompanied us to many of the appointments to give us her expert guidance. Daniel was behind the scenes keeping us on schedule, tracking expenses, and communicating with us about who would be on site and when. He also had some terrific ideas/insights for what would make our home perfect. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Any time we had questions...wanted to add things to the project (and we did that a lot!)...or had any concerns, they were all there to support us and provide the information we needed. Staying within a budget was important for us, and they were so good about helping us spend the money in the right places without compromising our design or the quality of the completed work. For Dusko, Dusanka, and Daniel, our home remodel wasn't just another job. They truly wanted it to be perfect for us, and it is. We feel like they became part of our family. We recently purchased a 15 year-old condominium, and while it’s bones were in great shape, it appeared to us there had been little-to-no renovations or updates since originally completed. Lux Custom Cabinetry did a complete makeover. It was a major undertaking that required ripping out the entire kitchen, installing all-new appliances, remodeling two bathrooms, wiring for new appliances and lighting fixtures, floor tiling and repairs in bedrooms and bathrooms, and painting throughout. Lux made the project very easy for us. They made all arrangements, ordered products, resourced cabinets, counter tops and tiles, coordinated installations, and delivery times. They even secured the required building permits. They were on site every day overseeing the work. At no time was an adjustment too difficult, no change was impossible (in fact, they were all “a piece of cake”). And service after sale is amazing. (They check in periodically to make sure everything okay.) Lux Custom Cabinetry far exceeded our expectations. We could not be more pleased.

After a lot of research, we chose Lux Custom Cabinetry to do the kitchen and bath remodel of our Scottsdale, Arizona home. Luxe Showroom was contracted to remodel my master bathroom before I put house for sale. I spent very reasonable costs and transformed from a old fashion style to a beautiful, modern master bathroom. They finished the work within couple weeks and my house was sold within two months. After great experience working with Luxe Showroom, I contracted them again to remodel, design my entire condo in downtown Chicago. They not only finished on schedule, I am very happy with all the works designed and how they beautifully finished. Luxe Showroom works as a very close team. I think that is the difference from any other contractors. Dusanka and Kim initiate the design, coordinate the schedules, supplies, and check the work progress constantly. Either Dusko or Alex is always on site to supervise all works done. Both of them are always on schedules, reliable, caring and most pleasant persons to work with. Amazing people to work with! My husband and I stopped in the showroom on a Saturday to look at samples for new counters. By the following Thursday we had all new quartz kitchen counters installed.

We hired Luxe Showroom Kitchen and Bath Design Studio to remodel our kitchen. We were so happy with the results that we hired them to do our master bath as well. The end result of both remodels was two spaces that function the way we needed them and look fabulous as well. Having identified the brand of kitchen cabinetry I wished to purchase, I was initially directed to Luxe as a "where to buy" destination. My visits to a couple of other kitchen-design studios in the area had helped me make that initial determination--which line of cabinetry--but there was a lack of "chemistry" with the professionals I'd met along the way that prompted me to continue shopping for the designers I wanted with me on this endeavor. When I met Kim Gallagher at Luxe Showroom I knew I'd found the right place. Throughout the planning and execution of a near-gut renovation on a decent-sized house, Kim became my "go to" person not only for the finer points of decision-making about kitchen cabinetry (and ultimately several bath vanities, a wet bar, and laundry room cabinets) but a multitude of other "what do you think about THIS?" scenarios I posed about other aspects of the house not directly related to cabinetry. She had excellent judgement, common sense, a refined aesthetic sense, and most importantly, the willingness to say "ehhhh...maybe not so much, that one" when she thought I could "do better" with a particular inspiration. While I certainly never imagined--nor thought desirable!--any vendor becoming sort of like "family" to me, Kim--and later in the process, Dushanka--became rather like that...in a good way. This unexpected relationship useful in weathering some minor complications that arose along the way--as I'm sure they inevitably do in a project of our scope and particulars. At those moments I felt like we were kind of "all in it together," sharing both the head aches and home runs implicit in the devilish details while maintaining an overall equilibirum about the Big Picture. While I'm extremely pleased to have my kitchen (and other stuff) so beautifully complete, I'm kind of bummed I have no good excuse to drop by Luxe and "hang out" under the premise of interior-designing.

We have use Luxe Showroom for our own kitchen and more recently helping our grown children renovate their kitchen. In both cases, we are extremely pleased with the results. Love their quality of cabinets and design/material/layout recommendations. For us, we compared quality/pricing with top builders in the area and found them to comparable on quality, but better on pricing and timing. For our kids, they researched pricing and quality at a few kitchen shops and building supply companies and ended up with a fabulous modern kitchen at a great price. They took their kitchen down to the studs and with 3 kids in tow, they only had to be without a sink and dishwasher for 2 weeks!

I absolutely love my kitchen!! We did an entire remodel inclusive of cabinet replacement, re-staining floors, added appliances, enlarged the island and created a great new kitchen to compliment the rest of my house. They were very knowledgable about what was possible and were always interested in making sure the selections were appropriate for the space. They were 100% committed to getting the project completed and were always available to answer any and all questions. They were very reasonably priced all while delivering superior quality. It's now my favorite room! I would recommend them to anyone and know they would be just as happy as I am!!!

My 1960's bungalow has been transformed into a modern, spacious vacation home, although it is my primary residence. As we started the renovation we found numerous additional problems, but Dusko found a way to address every thing we were hit with. He is diligent in scouting out subs who can do the job at a reasonable price, and he stays on top of things until everything is finished. He truly is the client's advocate. Many of our materials came from Luxe Showroom displays or sources, and Dusanka is wonderful at tracking down what is wanted or needed, again with a keen insistence on value for dollar. As they frequently say, "We will make it happen, just tell us what you want." And the cost is always clearly communicated upfront. If it seems high, another source is pursued. Invoices are detailed and Dusko goes over every dollar, giving back credit if materials used are less than what was anticipated. I wholeheartedly recommend this contractor/builder.

I hired Luxe Showroom Ltd. for two sequential projects: a kitchen remodel and bathroom renovation. I can't say enough about how accomodating they were during both projects. If there was a need for a change or modification they made it happen. Nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen renovation included replacement of all cabinetry, granite countertops, sink, backsplash, and some appliances and electrical work. They came up with a way to creatively re-use some of the existing cabinets and counters as a craft/work bench in the basement, which required some challenging carpentry work. The bathroom renovation was a complete rip out and reinstall. The designer and craftsmen worked with my 16 year old daughter to come up with a modern yet functional design, with totally custom tilework and innovative lighting. They were totally flexible in allowing us to do as much or as little of the sourcing and work as we wanted. Any minor glitches were dealt with promptly and effectively and without controversy.Budget estimates were met, and adjusted fairly if changes were significant. Overall, I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for professional, reliable and creative design and construction services.
