Great customer service! The girls at the showroom were very nice and helpful. We purchased Marble tile for a project we did in our home. The delivery was on time, high quality and beautiful products.

We have been working with Imperial Tile and Stone for many years and they are always reliable when it comes to having product in stock as well as accurate ordering and shipping. All the staff are well informed on the products and are really helpful.

High quality, nice selection, reasonable prices and I found the two salespeople who've helped me to be very friendly and made good suggestions.

I bought tile for two new bathrooms from Imperial, as well as expensive special grout that was not supposed to get dirty or moldy. In my master bath, I chose white subway tiles for the shower and an elaborate floor made up of white and black marble basket weave tiles surrounded by a border of black marble and then a larger border of white Carrera marble against the walls. The basket weave and black marble tile were also used in the middle of the walls of the huge shower. First problem: the white Carrera tiles I picked from a sample arrived a muddy grey and had to be replaced. The replacement tiles were not much nicer. Second issue: after only a few months the white part of the basket weave tile turned canary yellow and had to be almost completely replaced. It is now turning yellow again and we have made sure that neither the water or the cleaning products are to blame. The owner of Imperial could have cared less. He not only offered us nothing toward our replacement costs, he would not even answer phone calls to discuss the issue with me or my contractor . Oh yes, that expensive grout has gotten both mold and discoloration. I am sorry I ever bought tile from this company. They do not stand behind their products.

I have worked with Imperial Tile as my stone/tile supplier for many years. The service is superb, the quality of the material is excellent and the team is attentive and knowledgeable. Best part about working with them is that they carry material from low end to the very high end at competitive pricing. One specific example is that I wanted to do a mural of mosaic from a high end manufacturer. My client could not afford the cost. Imperial tile had a solution of a different manufacturer that provided me a gorgeous mural for less than half the price. (See pic attached.) I highly recommend working with Imperial tile

I have used Imperial Tile and Stone on two occasions thus far. Firstly, in a professional capacity, for a Manhattan Beach, CA project of White Sands Coastal Development for slab and stone and tile in a 4.5 baths, plus kitchen, and bar. Currently, in my own residence remodeling three bathrooms, I have worked directly with Hela Soloman. She is delightful, creative, and helpful. If I have any complaint, it is that she is so busy---yet another sign of her quality efforts.
